@@bostonsboy6084 no. Psychology isn't a pseudo science. I found a good psychologist, he saved me when I was at my lowest.

@@diamonds7544 psychology is really philosophy about life--- thats why no one agrees -- there are hundreds of methods /approches to tackle your current life crisis.---if it were a science , it would be repeatable and always work-not all methods work-- there are crack pot theories out there--. your lucky, you found someone who understands you and can walk you through your crisis--- however, the statistics show, that the success rate in therapy is low- - real psychologist like claire weeks have gone through the battle and know what to do.--- a psychologist has read a bunch of books and stats on different techniques based on how they think the nervous system, brain.society etc etc ought to be and function..... no fisrt hand expoerience--- and when they dont know what to do--- they recommend giving you a ssri . -- look into how the dsm 1,2,3,4,5 come about and why. then you'll understand the true nature of this crack pot business

I can relate so much, not many people I have heard of have the same driving anxiety and anxiety at grocery stores. The world becomes so small. And the setbacks turn down the hope for recovery, I am also dealing with this alongside a health issue and it makes it hard to differentiate those symptoms with the anxiety. You are strong , best wishes

Wow her story is amazing, I actually overcame anxiety disorder when I was younger but was hit with Muscle tension dysphonia in my throat and bad stomach issues, acid reflux and food sensitive with bad bloating all the time so sometimes I can’t catch a good breath . Anyways I have to admit it’s really hard for me to bounce back with real physical symptoms. I’m pushing through but man it makes it so much harder . I’ll keep fighting through it though because I know it’s possible to recover from the anxiety disorder ❤️

I love so much how Kat is able to make the correlation between her body’s signals that something is off and her anxiety acting up again. I too am extra sensitive and can tell when something is off in my body as well .
