I can relate so much, not many people I have heard of have the same driving anxiety and anxiety at grocery stores. The world becomes so small. And the setbacks turn down the hope for recovery, I am also dealing with this alongside a health issue and it makes it hard to differentiate those symptoms with the anxiety. You are strong , best wishes
Incredible story ^^ Could I please ask you Mr Shaan what did you mean when you said that anxious feelings is what tells us that we need to tone it a little bit? Thank you🙏😊
When she said, when a therapist just tells you to breathe through the panic, run away... I felt that!!!! My therapist were shit! Didn't even know what dpdr was or how to help me...

Wow her story is amazing, I actually overcame anxiety disorder when I was younger but was hit with Muscle tension dysphonia in my throat and bad stomach issues, acid reflux and food sensitive with bad bloating all the time so sometimes I can’t catch a good breath . Anyways I have to admit it’s really hard for me to bounce back with real physical symptoms. I’m pushing through but man it makes it so much harder . I’ll keep fighting through it though because I know it’s possible to recover from the anxiety disorder ❤️
I love so much how Kat is able to make the correlation between her body’s signals that something is off and her anxiety acting up again. I too am extra sensitive and can tell when something is off in my body as well .
I can connect with you!i still haven’t overcome this problem I’m trying to get in this program but I just really cant afford it and I’m scared that ill be stuck with this forever
