This practice is amazing! I’m doing Glow at the moment and this practice fits right in with some of the pacing. I definitely needed a cardio boost to burn off all the treats I keep making while in lock down. I hope everyone is keeping healthy, happy and at peace x.

for those who want to slow it down, i played this video at .75 speed and it was still a great workout!
I've done this one for a second time and I really enjoy it because the moves are not complicated so me in my intermediate stage can keep up (except that first part is challenging!) and still get a cardio workout. I really like yoga cardio and would love more. I also like the one you were promoting at the end of this one.

Love this flow. I interchange a day of deep stretches with this cardio practice, and this one is sure to leave my arms noodley and legs a good amount of sore. I appreciate that the positions are dynamic and not super repetitive.

It was hard for me to maintain the pace but I didn’t give up and I didn’t judge myself negatively for it. Thank you!
I found 0.75 playback speed works the best for me. I can focus on each pose and don’t rush to the next one but keep the heart beat fast at the same time.

I hear you, Xen Raven! There are some FAST parts. Yes, try it again tomorrow - becoming familiar with the sequence will help. Also, as Value Investor wrote, you can adjust the speed ☺️🙏❤️💕
@@Fightmasteryoga I chose not to adjust the speed. Today I was in much better space and managed to complete it in one piece! in fact it felt like ended too soon. Thank you so much for the encouragement, I feel more brave to try out more cardio yoga.

This is awesome! Thanks for uploading. The only issue I have is that I'm not at a level where I can move through the poses with that much speed and grace. I'm still working on making sure I'm hitting the breathing right and I'm still in a thinking spot walking myself through it. Will I still get a good workout/flow with this if I slow it down just a bit? Or should I stick with more basic until I've built up the stamina and strength?

Thank you Leslie. I didn't think Id be able to do this but mostly I could. The explanations really are almost 100% accurate without looking at screen. A couple more times with fast videos practice, you remember the rast flows better and aren't flailing everywhere like me lol. Definitely worked up a bit of sweat. Namaste, thank you. I found this great for digestion as well, my belly was making noises which Im sure is hunger but also digestion.

I loved it! Skipped only about 4 of the chaturangas and the rotating of the legs after the side planks. But your intro made me expect this to be muchmore difficult than it was in the end :D I felt so good about myself, I did this flow again today!

Do yoga with a colleague so you have another person to encourage you

Hello Lesley 😁 I try to inculcate a shoulder stand and plough pose in each yoga session during the cooling phase. I wanted to know if there's any particular time I should be doing it. Like, before or after the bridge pose.? Or seated forward folds and seated twists.? Just wanna make sure I'm not doing anything to harm my back.
