Have you still got your hexpeak? I don't use separate pegs for the inner and the only mod is a small toggle to attached the outer to the inner tent. If it's for tea then I don't filter too often. I'm careful not to pick up sediment and once the water reaches a boil all of the bacteria is killed off so it is safe to drink. My little silver mug is insulated so it keeps the tea hotter for longer, plus its really tough so it can take a few knocks. I'd choose that over a pottery mug. I like the little wildo cups too, very light and they are very stable, just not insulated I cut the raspberries in half to dehydrate them. I always just use the hottest temp and check them for moisture so I'm not sure of the time. I freeze them afterwards anyway so it's not necessary for them to be perfectly dried out. I do that to save a weight and packsize really. Sliced strawberries are amazeballs dehydrated 👍

Asda also do there own brand of Powdered Skimmed Milk, it's in a blue tub, close to where they keep the Coffee-Mate... But unlike a creamer, it needs to be mixed with a little cold water if adding to a brew, as adding the power direct to hot water turns it lumpy...!😄
Another really enjoyable video J. Nice inscription on the Trangia! I can understand why you would use ear plugs, but do they make you feel vulnerable by not being able to hear if anything/anybody is approaching?
Ah good eye 😉 I use ear plugs on every camp. It just helps to dull the sounds around me. It doesn't make me nervous because you hear so many noises when you camp that it would be easy to believe that there is someone outside the tent at any given time 😄 The only noises that I'd be worried about hearing is voices or the noise of the zipper on the tent 😮

Hey atleast your out camping instead of sitting in the pub drinking rent money
Nice one Jason glad your back out 🏕️🏕️⛺️
I think you have the xboil do you like the trangia more what’s your favourite.
Cheers Graham
I really like the Xboil but I love the Trangia. I think I prefer it because it's made of brass, it's a bit more rugged and rustic. I just love it
Another really enjoyable video J.
Nice inscription on the Trangia!
I can understand why you would use ear plugs, but do they make you feel vulnerable by not being able to hear if anything/anybody is approaching?
Ah good eye 😉
I use ear plugs on every camp. It just helps to dull the sounds around me. It doesn't make me nervous because you hear so many noises when you camp that it would be easy to believe that there is someone outside the tent at any given time 😄 The only noises that I'd be worried about hearing is voices or the noise of the zipper on the tent 😮
