Ah...the Honey - Do list! Always comes just when you thought you would have some time to yourself. Glad you found the time to do both dear Jason. Now get those trousers sewn up! We need you back in nature doing what you love to do...and what we love to witness. Seems like you are doing better with each video. Glad of that.
Don't worry I have plenty of trousers to keep me going, those had served me well for a few years. I'm taking any opportunity I can get to head out, I really hope that the pain and immobility is behind me now🤞
This one just popped up on my screen. Glad it did, its like a tropical rain forest with all that birdsong. Loved the red squirrel footage. Where abouts is it?
It's beautiful isn't it, this is down in the Slieve Bloom Mountains. There's some lovely old woodlands there, mostly planted pine forests but you do find these little gems dotted around.
That list is an automatic update no matter how much you do it doesn’t get shorter. But we all have to do our bit. Glad you made it out for a few hrs. I also go early morning before the world starts its day! 👍
What a lovely forestry, so much nicer than the standard coilte rubbish ones that are almost industrial, you've moved away from the slieve blooms good Jason? keep up the good work, love it, that waterfall was just stunning.
This is in the Slieve Blooms 🤫 I will be checking out woodland's all around Ireland. I'm starting to get around now that I'm back on my feet so we'll be seeing a lot more of the country, I'll be down your way before you know it with any luck
@@RamblingOn it’s a lovely little spot beside the river and it has a stone ring down there flat ground for a decent size tent too I’ll try see if I can get the coordinates for it
Moist, a word that should never be used but it works so well 😂😂 cracking water man. That is one stunning location. You're looking fit and trim man. Keep up the good work. God I sound like a creep. Great job man.
Good channel. Its interesting, how different the Irish accent sound too me. The melody is diferent. The speed of spanish applied to English. And a tint of slavic pronounciation unlike American. I'll get used to it. Like your channel. 👍
Mother nature, so relaxing and peaceful 💚 don't know how people call me crazy going up into the mountains/hills and woods!! It's a shame people don't get it! They'd be alot less negative news like you mentioned in a previous video if they got out into nature and release some endorphins.
It's hard to think about your troubles when you're blowing out your arse on a steep ascent 🤣 It's a great way to clear the head, some people just don't get the same feeling from being out in nature as we do. I reckon we're the lucky ones
Jason, thought I’d just pop on your camping train to mention that, you probably know, but anyway, always lay a groundsheet down when under a tarp or inside a tent….I place a ground cloth down first under the groundsheet, then another ground cloth on top of the groundsheet as…….damp and cold rise up from the ground, I’ve noticed on some of your tent set ups you’ve grass showing inside your tent, wet mud too. Once you’ve layered your ground with a groundsheet, you keep cold and dampness at bay. A plastic bag under your chair isn’t 100% your find your warmer inside your tent if you shut out the damp and cold. Anyway, nice watching you out and about, all the best….Brian
Cheers Brian, ah yeah I'm aware of the benefits. I use them sometimes, but more often I decide not to. It's just personal preference that's all . Thanks a mill 🍀
I might mention the location of the general area but I don't mention specific locations. I do that on purpose based on advice from much larger channels. The main thing for me is to share the experience and have a laugh. Hopefully that might help people take a break for a few minutes during a busy day or inspire them to head out into nature themselves
Another great video Jason, but I am done with your channel. I notice you are now making certain videos for "members only". People who have supported and subscribed to your channel from Day 1 now find we're excluded even though we've stuck with you through COVID, through your back injuries when you weren't able to make videos and when you took a break from UA-cam. We've "bought you a coffee" and we've bought from the affiliated links that got you commission. We've liked and shared your videos to help your channel grow. This is your thanks to us? This is the thanks given to people who may find money too tight to "join" your channel? It may mean nothing to you and I do wish you well, but you've lost me as a subscriber.
You've been here a long time, I thought you may have had a better opinion of me than that now to be fair. My viewers are my top priority, I work hard on this channel every day and love the community we've built up. The memberships I started to help me go further and do more to bring content to the channel. The videos that I put up for members would otherwise never be created because they simply are not good enough for the channel. They are small quick clips, a little update or a behind the scenes. Very rough and ready. They take minutes to edit, the videos you see take 10+ hours each. Members videos are there as a thank you to those who are willing and able to help that little bit more. I don't want anyone leaving themselves short to help me. Everyone should look after them and theirs first. Which is why non members are not missing out in the slightest, every camp, hike and adventure video will be uploaded for all to see. There's no impact to the regular content and I'm making sure of that. You have to do what's right for you but I'm sorry to see you go. Take her handy 🍀
Such a pathetic outlook to have. This is a great channel and encourages you to get out to nature and experience the calming effects a lot if people could do with. Your comment says a lot more about you and the type of person you are. Jason's channel doesn't need negative minded attention seeking people knocking his hard work. Really really embarrassing dude, you should be ashamed.
Your videos Jason are so peaceful and tranquil.. thank you for making these videos and all the rest of course🙏
Thank you for joining me 🙌🍀
Your positivity through adversity gives me strength. That laugh 😊Thank you, brother.
Delighted to hear it, take care 🍀

B-E-A-utiful!!
We used to have a nice pine forest like that just on the outskirts of town. Minus the creek though. But alas, they chopped it down 👿
Jason, loved the sights and sounds of the woods with all the greenness and the flowing water. Peace and calm flowing as well👍
Thanks for watching Gerry, I didn't see another soul. It was very peaceful having the place to myself 🍀
What a beautiful woodland. So many views and so many camping options! Great video. I wish I was there lol
Beautiful place! Expected to see some faeries......
If there are fairies anywhere, I recon that they'd have to be in Ireland. Some places I've seen are unbelieveably beautiful
