Lemon & Honey Chicken #3 Canteen Cup Tuesday

A surprisingly tasty meal considering how few ingredients are used and can be cooked on a simple alcohol stove.. Suitable for a day hike or longer expedition if the chicken can be obtained locally as the honey and lemon mixture can keep for a few days.
Ingredients for the Couscous
Packet of instant Couscous, Lemon or other flavour of your choice
Half a Chicken or Vegetable Stock cube, optional.
Make as per packet instructions
Ingredients for the Main
One Chicken Breast
Teaspoon freshly ground Pepper
Teaspoon Salt
Chicken Stock cube
Juice of two Lemons
Three teaspoons Honey
The couscous is optional. It needs something with it and instant couscous is convenient if a bit tasteless hence the stock cube. Don’t overcook the chicken or it will go tough. Lightly cook till its no longer pink inside. Simmering in the honey and lemon will soften the chicken even more.
