- A simpler version of the popular takeaway dish suitable for cooking on a simple camp stove setup. very few fresh ingredients, little preparation and short cooking time.
Ingredients
Any cut of Beef that has the fat trimmed
1 or more bunches of Spring Onion
A fresh Chilli
Clove of Garlic
40ml Soya Sauce
2 teaspoons Corn Flour
Freshly ground Ginger
You cant have too much spring onion. seriously the more the better. adding the leaves at the end adds a lot of much needed crunch. Not mentioned in the video but a convenient way to tenderize the beef is to give it a good hammering while its still in its packaging.
