  • Hey fam!
    We have a face paced, high intensity Muay Thai workout today. Not a technical class where we look at technique but more of a cardio burn! We move through 3 x 5 minute rounds. In those 5 minute rounds we work in 30 second intervals (no breaks), alternating between 2 Muaythai inspired exercises/movements. Enjoy the sweat!

    I like these videos from you a lot. I like the way you put techniques and exercises together and how you explain them.     Thank you so much, I'm at beginner level, have been practicing your follow along videos every morning for the past two weeks while on holidays and couldn't go to my classes.
    My coach was impressed with my progress when I went back, said need to work a bit on defence work and stretching for more mobility and I'm good to move to the intermediate level classes in couple weeks. 😄

    Great workout even for a noob like me ! Lots of sweat here but I feel great after the workout. Coul you please make a video for flexibility? My legs aren't flexible :( Thanks Spring !!

    Muay Thai. I have been wanting to learn this sport for years but I have no clue how to even begin integrating it into my life. ❤

    I've been following you for two years now. Is it possible to get something even more extreme in intensity? I'm not trying to be arrogant, this was absolutely difficult for me but I want to try more!
