I’m struggling with fitness, pain tolerance and just moral.
I can’t really push my self through the pain to do more reps, longer runs, I can’t handle the pain and I see no results.
What would you recommend to get me toughened up?
Hello coach, I'd like to ask you about settingnup a low kick. Several times, my opponent has seen it coming, and I've ended up hitting the end of his shin with mine. Or at what angle to kick the low kick. I've heard that a low kick sent from top to bottom hits the opponent with the edge of the shin, reducing the risk of injury, but I'm not sure about the truth of that. I have a panic fear of breaking my shin, and honestly, after throwing one checked low kick where I hit my opponent's shin with mine, I don't even want to throw another kick. Or is this something I have to come to terms with and just throw low kicks even if it means occasionally hitting my opponent poorly and causing myself pain? Thank you
Sean I got leg kicked really hard and my knee bend to the inside position, almost ended with somethin torn, do you have any tips on feet positioning or something so this doesn't happen when you get kicked?

1:35 question. When you block, your foot isn’t pointing down. Reason ? When I did that , in a fight , almost got my toes smashed .
Record while you training(spar) and fix the problems,good luck
