I have had issues with backpain in the past due to gym or due to long hours of sitting down because of wfh and long hours of driving and had a couple of incidents where i had to be on complete bed rest for 1-2 days due to severe backpain in lower back.
This time around when i was recovering , My brother recommended me this video and i feel immense relief within 1-2 days of trying this .
