guys, this actually works , in 2018 when i lost my job i was depressed and started losing hair, i had a lot of free time and wanted to spend it wisely so i started practicing yoga. my hair stopped falling off and I had really long and healthy hair. Now i work so much and have no time for yoga or for myself whatsoever and my hair fall started again, I hope to get some free time and start yoga again

Yoga was the only thing that kept me going, I was doing all these asanas and some more for spine and neck to improve the blood circulation. If you don't have any health problems that can cause hair fall then that happens because you are stressed and when you are stressed , your scalp is tense. work on that issue

Not only hair with these three asana one can control the bad effects of thyroidism such as excess body fat,memory loss, energy loss,less sleep, formation of tumer,so please do these exercises regularly and be healthy and cheerful.
@@Aess20 it depends on practice..In starting u have to do it patiently n according to instructions n u can't do it for longer time n u will feel pain soon in body coz ur body not flexible na but when u do it regularly then u can do asanas for longer time

But most importantly please make sure that you do all the exercises that were shown in this video with really a proper guidance and a trainer or teacher if possible because these exercises without proper knowledge, care, and guidence may lead to a disease called "Benign positional vertigo" which arises due to change in the pressure of blood flow towards head.
