    This is perfect. Most 5 minute workouts do too much. This is perfect for someone trying to get into working out who are not used to working out. Gives a little sweat and you feel good afterwards. Thank you!

    I've been grieving the loss of my beautiful husband for four years + now. I spent the first 3.5 years in bed 22 hours per day. As badly as I wanted it, I could not take a step into my future without him. He was merely 54--only just--and this was not supposed to happen. The trauma left me broken. This, today, was my first step. It was perfect. I've subscribed, and I hope you will be the one to bring me back physically. It's gotten so bad that I cannot get myself up off the floor without help. I'm 5'4" and 152 lbs. So, the problem is not being overweight but solely a deterioration of muscle. I WAN THIS! Thank you!

    This was great. I’m a nursing student and am having a hard time fitting in exercise. Doing videos like this are keeping me active during my ten minute breaks after fifty minutes of studying!

    This is awesome! I did 2 circuits of it and I got such a good workout in! After lockdown this is an actual gentle low impact workout not like so many that aren’t. And in 5 minutes I was feeling the burn!

    With SI joint pain and asthma, many exercises aren't feasible, so I'm really glad I found your videos! Gets the heart pumping without triggering my asthma, and doesn't put stress on my SI joint. Thank you for making exercise feel possible for people who are beginners or physically limited by joint pain, asthma, or anything else.

    Thanks for creating a short to doable routine. Sometimes I feel guilty in the morning because I can't do a full exercise routine and this is perfect! It's also great for me to be able to stop throughout the day and do something short and simple like this! It was awesome gave me a great workout but was the perfect time thanks so much

    Really low impact 😄 take two dumbells and you get a good cardio - arm - workout 💪🏼

    Be more motvating if a fat person did the exercises..
