So true! I tried a few of the 20-minute ones, and at first, they just made me angry, tired, sore, and sweaty. But by doing this 5-minute one, I was able to work up more stamina so that the 20-minute ones aren't as bad as they first seemed. Baby steps!
@@linnouu_7696 well, you are what you eat. if you don,t eat well, you feel like crap. also, being skinny doesn't mean you have toned muscles and one needs muscle to function and feel "capable" in their daily life. lastly, fat is actually stored energy and if you don't have enough of that, without a proper diet and regular exercise, you'd feel out of energy and maybe even light-headed because your body literally doesn't have enough energy to function at full capacity. side note, as someone who is skinny, if you have high metabolism and your body doesn't "hold onto fat" you need your diet to be about 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fats and veggies. ofc you can and should always have more veggies, that's what I do and this diet plan along with 10 min daily exercise (often just easy stretching) really makes me feel healthy and capable. also, please don't forget to have enough water per day. good luck!!

I did the whole workout without rest, i am breathing FAST lol but it's the start of an healthy lifestyle in an heathlier body. I am happy, so happy that i finished this, i am now going to chug water until my eating window comes. I sweated lol and now i really see and feel how tense i am and how much my body need exercice. I'll be back tomorrow morning lol. I am going to make scrambled eggs to get plenty of protein and for lunch i'll make some creamy zucchini and maybe broccoli's for the fiber with oxtail for the fat. I had something to do yesterday so since i had to leave soon, i didn't have the opportunity to eat lunch0 Day 2 : It's 6:37 as i am typing, i woke up pretty late but i did it today to, i stopped 2 or 4 sec before sometimes because yesterday i had some things to take care of and i walked 2 hours and sweated like crazy (i am from the Carribean and it's HOT). I am going to make my breakfast now, eggs again because it's easy and porkchop and zuccini for lunch. It's the jumping that is difficult because i feel like my breast moving everywhere and with all the weight i am carrying it's hard. Started this exercise and immediately went on a break for like 5 days. Came back post recovery and I’ve been doing this daily and it does get easier. I am able to still do more on “rest time” 🎉thank you so much
I feel bad that I can barely do this without dying and sweating up a storm. I’m 15 and pretty average when it comes to weight. 5 minutes after this I’m still out of breath. Honestly that’s kinda sad to me. But I’m going on a journey and I’m going to do this every bight till it’s too easy, then change to a higher intensity.
We all start somewhere, it’s nothing to be ashamed of! HIIT is usually challenging the first few times for anyone even if they’re in good shape. You’ll be surprised how quickly you will improve! Keep it up and let us know how it goes. 💕
Out of breath but a good feeling. The perfect start, in between, and finisher for a day. I try to get 30 minutes in so I’ll be doing this throughout. Easy and to the point!
Omg i just tried it...first day...i had to stop at 4 mins 39 secs....i have to complete it now and i will do it until i can do it without feeling out of breathe and finished.
I've been doing this once in a week for the past few days and I think I feel much better! I can move around easier and my mood is always good!! Though, I don't think I lost any weight by doing this cardio. I'm just doing it so I can feel better every morning ♡
That was an insane 5 minute workout for me. I did a 30 minute workout before hoping onto this video and let me just say this one was the toughest for me. Just goes to show how I need to start doing this every day
I saw a 20 minute exercise but felt like wanting to know my limits first. I thought I can do it with a breeze but at halfway of the jumping jacks I felt side stitch. I needed a 30 minute rest a snack and few water to get my condition back. It's my first day exercising again, and first time doing it by myself. This vid is really helpful and doable.
Second day of cardio, I got through invisible jump ropes but had to take 30 second more rest to get ready for jumping jacks. Idk why's there a bone popping sounds on my left foot, I think it's located between my ankle and heels. It always comes out at invisible jump ropes to jumping jacks. I planned to do two set of this cardio but that might still be pushing too much for the current me. I'm not as tired as yesterday though but I produced more sweat than yesterday's, I feel my legs muscle too like how I did yesterday. Will be doing cardio workout everyday except Wednesday and Sunday.
Back here again.. I'm at low last 3 years so I was trying this and have no motivation and stopped. Volleyball become interesting to me and I have enough height so I might as well try. And look what I've found yesterday? Volleyball needs high stamina which is the standard, AND High Intensity Interval training is recommended! I found this 5 months ago, I know I stopped and didn't even last a week doing this. I had no motivation, but now that I have I'll do this once a day every afternoon. Then go jogging outside.
Wow, I just did my 1st session for this I'm almost out of air on the last part. While tying this I'm catching up my breath but thank you so much for this. I really appreciate it.

I did also lose 10 lbs - am now the right weight but too much still around the waist. I don't want to lose much more. Anyway - Thank you so much from Canada.

Day5.Done.✔️54 kilo. (I took three days off. Oh God, my full body was sore.I am doing stretching and this routine now.) Day6.Done✔️(My weight keeps fluctuate.I'll skip scaling my weight for few days) Day7.I was at my friends house,so i skipped it for two days.but It's good to be back. I am developing unhealthy relation with food and always scalling and counting calories.so I'm gonna skip scaling and calculating and enjoy this routine twice a day.

Since we’re stuck on online school our PE teachers been making us do this exercise every day and I’m actually hooked to it like it’s really fun and it is for a fit people I am not very fit but I personally think it’s a good exercise for if you want to get your body moving and you have nothing else to do or just in general when you’re bored or like when you’re watching a movie do it around your living room so yeah

That was great.. I'm starting to work out after a long time and i was literally dying in this 5 mins. But I'll do it daily.. and a general query aprox how much calories burned in this cycle..
if you only have five minutes to live just do this so it feels like a lifetime

My resolution for 2021 is to do AT LEAST 2021 minutes of exercise by end of year. Note: I have not exercised in YEARS!!! So, for a beginner like me, that comes out to 5 minutes per day. These videos will be perfect to get me started!
Good job. It only takes a little each day and you will make progress.
My muscles were sore from yesterday's heavy workout. This was a refreshment. Very easy to do.
It has been very long time since I've done any workout at all, doing this workout let me realize how out of shape I am.
Will do this everyday!
Your motivation will only increase! 💪
This is a brilliant work out cos I do this first thing in the morning and then in the afternoon i go for a hour walk
Thank you!! These are the perfect workouts to add to the end of my lifting sessions!!!
I will update till I could do all of it properly.
Day 1. I couldn't finish the last 2 exercises properly. I had to stop now and then.
Thank you. I did a low impact version and my heart still increased.... My goal will be to get to the level in the video. Totally doable

I don't know why but I just can't do the jumping jack, my arms and legs are Inconsistent.
Both arms and legs come out at the same time. You can sprint in place or do invisible jump rope instead. :)
I used to do aerobic exercises but I want something with more high intensity, and my God! I'm not so in love with this workout, I am doing it for 15 minutes and the excitement to lose weight is on the top lol. Thank you for creating this video.
Thank you for working out with us!

Happy New Year🎉🎉🎉
Happy new year!
I haven’t played soccer in many months and I’m super out of shape now, I might play again for senior year so I have to try and get back in shape again
Day1. Done,✔️54kilo
Day2.Done ✔️
Day3.Done✔️ 53kilo ( I'm also on low carb diet)
Day4.Done✔️53 kilo.(but my sugar is not reducing so I'm doing this twice a day.my legs are sore.i have incorporated 10minutes of streching before doing this routine.)
Day5.Done.✔️54 kilo. (I took three days off. Oh God, my full body was sore.I am doing stretching and this routine now.)
Day6.Done✔️(My weight keeps fluctuate.I'll skip scaling my weight for few days)
Day7.I was at my friends house,so i skipped it for two days.but It's good to be back. I am developing unhealthy relation with food and always scalling and counting calories.so I'm gonna skip scaling and calculating and enjoy this routine twice a day.
Going back into exercising. I took a 2 year break and my life went downhill so i wanna do this again.
I just found your channel today and try the work out and wow 😮😊 okay I will be doing this workout for the next 2 weeks just to to re enter in to exercise again it's great😊
Since we’re stuck on online school our PE teachers been making us do this exercise every day and I’m actually hooked to it like it’s really fun and it is for a fit people I am not very fit but I personally think it’s a good exercise for if you want to get your body moving and you have nothing else to do or just in general when you’re bored or like when you’re watching a movie do it around your living room so yeah
We agree 😁
Supposed to do a #HealthyLiving lifestyle starting today by warming up with this video. Well, after 5 mins of gasping for air and body aches, I'm #HealthyLeaving 👋🏼
That was great.. I'm starting to work out after a long time and i was literally dying in this 5 mins. But I'll do it daily.. and a general query aprox how much calories burned in this cycle..
