    Those 5 minute workouts are a lifesaver, no less! Even on my worst days, I know I can still manage at the very least a low impact 5 minute workout... And usually that turns into 5 more minutes... And maybe another 5 minutes for the road. Just like magic! Thank you so much for those!

    Good morning Lucy despite going through your many wonderful work outs, I always return to this. Nothing beats this for getting rid of the morning slumber, and enegising you for rest of day. ❤❤

    Looking forward to opening my first advent calendar tomorrow! Yes I agree with Silvie, it was from Watch with Mother which I used to do in the 50's. Spot the Dog - I remember it well. Thank you Lucy for keeping me fit and healthy - I've been doing your exercises over 2 1/2 years since my retirement and loving every one of your challenges.

    This was a quick 5 minutes! I need mostly low impact, but I did do a few of the other options too. Great job on making this video!

    Lucy thank you so much for all of these 5 min videos. They got me back on track after of month of not working out because of a family emergency. Now I do one video an hour at work. They are amazing!!!! it feels so good to get up and move. Thank you , thank you thank you.

    Funny-it’s winter where I live and no matter how many layers I wear, I am chilled to the bone! This quick workout warms me up and gets my blood circulating and I feel fantastic first thing in the morning. So LUCY, you literally warm my heart❤‍🔥☃

    Awesome instructor Lucy! You made it very easy to do the stretches with both the Left (for more advanced moves) and Right (for easier moves). I did mostly the Right moves, since I have a bad knee from running all my life. BTW, you should have your cat appear in more videos. 😸I got a good laugh out of it! Keep up the great workout videos! I am looking forward to working out to all of your videos!

I love that I am able to take 5-minute breaks a few times during my work day to step out of my station and squeeze in a good workout. You are a genius!     Enjoy your workouts. The spotty dog exercise is named after the character Spotty dog from the Wooden Tops a BBC childrens show from the 60s (maybe earlier). Spotty Dog moved in a similar manner.
    The 5 min are a great way to ease back in to exercise.

    I like the 5 minute workouts 😅. I like the format that you listed on the screen move number and what that move will be. I think most of these workouts all had that same format except this one....😁

    Great start to Monday - I think Spotty Dog came from the childrens programme The Wooden tops in the 60's/70's -the puppet spotty dog moved ina similar fashion! I am looking forward to the December Challenge - I have followed these all year and if i can continue through December my 2022 New Year Resolution will be complete - all fanatastic and motivational. Thank you xx

    Good morning Lucy wow! This was a tough one indeed! Still puffing as I write this but yes feeling better as the cobwebs are gone! On to next 5mins work out, just don't know which one to choose

    Hi Lucy. Each time I do this workout and hear you say your comment about Spotty Dog l promise myself to write and tell you the origin of Spotty Dog. So l am finally doing it. I’m going to give my age away with this comment 😂. In the 1950s there was a children’s program on TV called The Wooden Tops, the characters were puppets, one of them was a black and white spotty dog and he moved just like the spotty dog movement - hence the name of your arm and leg exercise.

    The last exercise called Spotty Dog is so called baecause of a children's programme in the 60s called the Wooden Tops. In it there was a wooden puppet dog called Spotty who 'walked' rather like we do in the exercise. Sorry I'm so old I remember watching it as a part of a programme called Watch with Mother.

    Hi, great work out. However my favourite remains CALORIE BURNING WORKOUT -14 Minutes and Burn 100's of Calories. Is this your most challenging video? If not may I ask what is? I have been following you for three years and your are brilliant. Thank you.
