I'm working from home and it's long sitting hours at the computer desk. It's brutal and even almost daily 30-40min workouts in the evening don't seem to be enough. Trying to move more while working by having a 5 minute break every hour. Your workouts really help. Thanks!
I work from home and have noticed my joints clicking a lot lately. I haven't been running as much as I used to and wanted to find a good pre/post-work stretch video. This was perfect! I've bookmarked and am going to use it daily. 🙌🏼
Thank youuuu. I work as a school teacher and when I did this workout in a laboratory (after making sure no one was watching 😁) I felt instantly relaxed and energized. So helpful.
I've been soooooo stressed out about work lately. This is a perfect way to help my body relax and also get a healthy movement sequence during the long desk hours
Just rocked this in my office for the first time on a 5 minute break - amazing - so much more restorative than my typical jog in place /jumping jacks - thank you much, Amy! (*subscribed*)
Working in the office 5 days a week I always have low energy. I sit 8-12 hours a day when I'm at work. I recently started going to the gym and I find this video helpful to do 2-4 times a day. I make my way to the gym feeling a little more pumped up. This is good to do during and after your shift and even before and after your work outs if you go to the gym or take a jog around the park. It's refreshing, beneficial and useful to include in your work out routine for stretching, relaxing your muscles and joints. I love this 5 minute work out, I use it all the time now.
What a great workout, it starts so gently and accessible, but I felt really tempted to kick up the tempo so I ended up not only stretching but really raising my heart beat. Love it! My new go to video!
This is exactly what I was looking for! I’m a teacher and lunch is super short. I can’t change clothes or get sweaty but I get super sleepy at this time of day. Thanks!
Thankn you for this video, I don't work, but I do sit at a computer a lot, was looking for something low impact, not to heavy in all the areas to help me get a good start to my day, and I found that here, thank you
Awesome--I love these! They will also be good in the evening or on weekends when I'm on the computer or reading for extended periods. Since I have a standing work desk, that's when I sit too much! Great reminder to move often; the minutes add up. Thanks!
Thanks for these little nuggets. I have to go to work super early in the mornings so by 8a I am trying anything for energy. I'm going to look crazy to my co-workers but I don't care.

Amy I just found out these 5 minutes workouts. Great to do them throughout the day. Please post more of them. I will include them in my daily life.
Videos like this make it easier to feel good even in a really busy office job. Thanks!
Just completed this workout and sent your email link to my employees! We will definitely incorporate these into our day! Thank you!

This was so helpful. I did it at the end of the day after sitting most of the day and it was great!
I’m coming back daily to this! Thanks for keeping me moving!
This is just what I needed!!! Will be doing this during my work breaks. Along with your daily workouts. :) thank you!!!!
I love this and needed this! I'm looking forward to the others. Thank you, !
I've been trying to do more exercise for my mental health but it's hard to get motivated. This was perfect to get the ball rolling. Thank you!
Just did this as a break from work. Feeling much limber just after those few minutes. Thanks for this Amy!
OMG Thank You❣This is life-changing. I love the 5-minutes, the standing up, the shoulder-rolls, the everything. It's the perfect break! 🌟
I love the shortness. Many other similar workouts take a minimum of 10 minutes, which I struggle to cram in to my workday.
This was a great energy boost in between nighttime study sessions!!
this is great thanks! i am working from home so I don't get to move as much. thank you keep making awesome videos!
