    Hi Rachel, this really helps! I’m starting to do squats and I’ve got balance issues hence this taught me not to let my knees go past my feet. I’ll support myself by holding a chair or standing with my back to a wall.
    I need to wash tiles on my floor (I can’t kneel down) and I’m wondering if hinging is okay if I’m moving left to right & back and forth?

      So glad it's helpful! For washing tiles, you can put a folded towel under your knee to protect it. I would not recommend rotating when hinging forward. You can also get a mop like a Swiffer, so you don't need to get down on the floor at all.

      @@rachelrichardsmassage9660 yes, I have a swiffer, and I use vinegar and water in a mop that my Psw uses. I’m using Cleaning to get into the best shape I possibly can. I’ve come along way after my accident in 2015 but I’m not yet able to get off the floor or into a bathtub but that’s my next goal 🍀I appreciate your suggestions very much.
