Wow! I had no idea that the Great Basin encompasses 6 states and part of Mexico.

Wow, I didn't know that, but I believe it. I know the whole state of Nevada is in the basin. Flat everywhere but surrounded by mountains.

I may not want anymore snow but the snowy views are beautiful. How cold was it there? Hopefully a bit on the warmer side for you.

It wasn't too bad. Lows in the 30s overnight, highs in the 40s during the day, but that was at the highest elevation. It was warmer in the basin, probably in the 50s.
