My nephew started with 10 minutes of walking. Then he did 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening. He now walks about 40 minutes in the morning and 40 in the evening. It doesn't happen overnight, but it can happen for you too.
I recently had stomach cancer and had 80% of my stomach, also my spleen and part of my pancreas removed. I have been going to therapy after i finished Chemo. Caroline, you are my favorite, and i have watched most!!!! thank you for being so positive. After being an elementary teacher for 23 years and not having that anymore,, is has bean hard since cancer and I enjoy spending time exploring your video's and getting stronger again with you!!

But--I found your hurt foot and chair workouts, then once I was able, the indoor walking snd resistance training and now I'm a Patreon and do your workouts pretty much every day. Thank you helping me find a new way to get fit again!!

I just discovered your channel and will look for more walking workouts. I'm a middle-aged, menopausal woman, so I only got my heart rate into the 130s/maybe a brief 140ish. About 3,500 steps and maybe 1.3 miles. No music because it's before 7:00 in the morning, and I don't want to disturb my neighbors. (Which is one of two reasons I love low-impact work.) Most workouts (especially barre or Pilates reformer pre-pandemic) leave me feeling a bit exhausted but truly exhilarated. This is no exception.

Hi Caroline, I've come back to your videos after quite a break. They're always uplifting, fun and a great work out. Today's stats (4 7 2023) 29' 50" pace, 3448 steps, 120 avg bpm, 157 max bpm. Currently weighing in at 104.8kg. I'll circle back in a month to see how I'm going. Just saw my previous post, 2 years ago.
Whew! 120 bpm at the end. 66 years old, recent osteoporosis diagnosis. Goal is stronger bones, stronger core and back, better balance. Love your videos.
