good job... as a fellow Texan I love these sweet watermelon rind preserves.. growd up eating them.. my granny made tuem for me until she was so old she couldn't do it anymore... I’m so ready to make this recipe but how long can storage it , how long can still good to eating
12-18 months once it is canned properly. It can keep in the fridge too but not near as long.
