The shoulder straps are thinly padded. Do the shoulder straps put pressure on your shoulders if you carry more than 5 kg? What is the maximum weight that this backpack can comfortably carry?
My experience of the talon series is they fit very well, I've carried much more than 5kg and it's very easy to get the weight loaded onto your hips not the shoulders. Most comfortable rucksack I've owned. Of course this is all entirely subject and will depend on your physique and bag fit.
The Hydration sleeve on the outside is a fantastic idea.

It does not.
Is there a way to attach a sleeping mat to it?
No there isn't.
If you had a mat which wasn't too bulky you could probably use the external compression straps to attach it

Issue with the Pro series is one color combination which won’t suit most guys!
