I have been practising yoga for a year now, why was this sequence so difficult for me? Thank you
Hi guys, I love your videos, so beautiful and the perfect level for me, do-able but also challenging! Quick question, I am 44, would you say that doing yoga alone as an exercise is sufficient, or is it still good to include some other cardio like running and / HIIT style stuff (which is kind of my current go to).
definitely include some cardio but it depends what type of yoga flow you do. If you do a low intensity flow such as yin yoga, its great to pair with a pilates class or cardio class :) and if you do a fiery vinyasa yoga flow then pair this with a calm and gentle stretch. Its always good to strengthen and lengthen our muscles 🙏🏼

My wife watches your videos. They’re good. I’m happy for your successes. But one request.
When you prompt for upward and downward dog, you emphasize “facing” and draw the word out. Can you please consider emphasizing the more important words like “downward” and “upward”.
It’s a small thing but after hearing it hundreds of times I have to say something.

I want to say thank you to you and your husband! You are both such beautiful people and I appreciate being able to practice yoga with you.I'm 55 yrs old with several health problems and I started doing yoga about 4 1/2 yrs ago;and with you here on UA-cam for over 2. Since then I've lost 35 lbs and gotten off some meds and am improving mentally as well.I do enjoy your classes and being challenged in the movements and making modifications. I feel I'm slowly getting stronger and more nimble and am overcoming so much. All love and blessings to you and your family!

So beautiful and inspiring but too hard or fast. I couldn’t do half of everything even I know how to do it. Too little time for warm up, body simply not ready
enjoyed the class, however it was difficult to look at the screen to get positions correct as the video moved on so fast particularly with the more challenging movements. Thank you, always good to take part and try different movements. kind regards B

i would classify this as an intermediate rather than an all levels. The sequence intensified too quickly for my old bod first thing in the morning i turned off less than 10 minutes in because I didn't feel like making the mental effort of creating modifications (the brain takes a while to fire up to)
