It’s currently evening my time but this was also a nice workout session to end the day. After hitting 30s, I find my body aches and gets stiff if I really don’t move/exercise. But this was perfect. Been a while since I last did your classes Nicole but you’re still the very best in this platform. Thank you always for your wonderful videos and of course being a great instructor! ❤

These 15 minutes after a chaos of a week were a blessing for me! ❤ Loved every second of it! It wasn't too hard but let me tell you, it wasn't easy either! I love these combos especially cause in the beginning I feel stiff and at the end of the video I'm like a spaghetti 🧘♀️

I was traveling with 2 young kids abroad so there’s very limited time for myself, plus we were on the go the whole day. Nicole that was amazing! I usually work out every day but had to take a break for a month so I was looking for something less intense to get back into yoga and Pilates again. I felt really stiff at times but this practice helped so much and was perfect for me! Thank you! ❤
this morning flow is amazing, the right moves, the right time....but i prefer to end up with a complete side split so i can feel fully stretched and energised by this yoga session. It's only a beginners opinion, however it would be perfect if you added this pose. Have a beautiful day!🥰
