- Hello viewers, today I’m going to show you how to make a simple and healthy salad. Chickpeas are high in protein so for people who are dieting/ want to loose weight can eat it anytime. Simple dressing and no oil as well. So I hope you will like this healthy salad and try it with your family 🙏😊
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas (soak overnight and pressure cook for 3 whistles)
1 cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 mandarin oranges
1/2 tsp chat masala & roasted cumin powder each
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Unusual but a very healthy salad
