Healthy Chicken Salad
Healthy chicken salad:
Romaine lettuce - 450g
Chicken breast- 250g
Baby cucumber-1
Thinly sliced onions-1/2 cup
Green, red & yellow bell peppers, each 1/2 cup
Feta cheese 1/2 cup
For chicken marination:
1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp chilli powder, salt & oil
For salad dressing:
1 garlic clove minced,1tbs mustard sauce
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper & olive oil
2 boiled eggs

Sambar Rice: 1 cup rice 1:2 cup thoor dal 1 tbs moong dal 10 to 15 small onions 1 tomato chopped 1/2 cup tamarind water 1 1/2 to 2tbs sambar powder Curry leaves Coriander leaves 1 dry chilli and green chilli each 1 tsp mustard, cumin, urad dal each 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds 1.2 tsp asafotida 1 tsp jaggery 1 cup drumsticks, potatoes, beans & carrots each Handful of cashews 2 tbs ghee Salt to taste...

Tofu sambal 200 grms tofu ( cut into small cubes fry until golden brown 1 onion thinly sliced To make the paste: Soak 5 to 6 dry chillies and 3 to 4 garlic cloves. Blend it into a paste For seasoning: 1 tsp mustard seeds and urad dal each Curry leaves 1/2 lemon Salt Oil

Pepper rasam: Lemon size tamarind soak it in the hot water for 15 mins and extract the juice. 1 1/2 tsp rasam powder 1/2 tomatoes finely chopped For seasoning: 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 dry chilli 3 cloves of crushed garlic 1/2 tsp asafoetida 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Curry leaves & coriander leaves

It is absolutely necessary to soak the millets for atleast 6 to 8 hours before cooking. Your ideas are good. The execution could have been better.
