I have to give kudos for the density of information in this video. You gave the recipe, a description, and an ideal pairing for six dressings in 5 minutes. Very much appreciated!
I just tried the balsamic maple dressing. It took me less than 2 minutes to make and it is so flavourful. Way better than store bought. I can’t wait to try the others. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, I am forever telling people the unhealthy salad dressing story and how to make your own so easy. These recipes are awesome, thank you again!
Not only can simply healthy homemade salad dressings be used on your salad, but they also make great toppings for baked potatoes. I discovered this once while having a salad and poured some homemade ranch salad on my baked potato and some homemade French dressing on my potato. 😋
I'm so glad I found this video doing a search for salad dressings, because the lemon poppy seed one is amazing and I'll be making it all the time. Thank you.
The balsamic maple dressing is to die for!!!!!!! It goes well with my favorite salad made of spinach, broccoli , almonds, cheese, and gala apple!! thank you so much! I will never buy salad dressing from the store ever again.
I’m so glad your channel popped up on my UA-cam. I’ve been eating a lot of salad lately, and I’m looking forward to trying your dressing. If you do another dressing video, I’d love to see your honey mustard recipe and maybe a good Caesar dressing.
Best thing is how human she looks. I absolutely love it. It's such a refreshing feeling to see someone who looks similar to the normal people we see on a day to day life, online. She's really pretty as well!!! Definitely got to check out these dressings too
Just stumbled onto your channel. I cook for someone who has lots of dietary restrictions, but loves verity. Good but simple salad dressings without dairy have been hard to come by. Thanks so much for these recipes, I can use 4 of the 5!
These dressing are the TRUTH. Just made the poppy dressing. Will have this on my salad with my lamb and ground beef meatballs and potatoes for Saturday:)
am so happy to find your recipes, as parent of house hold with multiple food allergies , these dressings are the ones i found so safe hassle free to make and healthy as well . Please post more nut free , egg free , oats and chick pea free recipes if you could , thanks!
These recipes are great, clean, and succinctly presented! Love the thumbnail pic; it was very attractive. I am sad, though, that you only have 219 likes with so many thousands of views! I have noticed that sometimes I forget to like a vid that I liked but when the presenter reminds me ("if you are enjoying this video, hit the like button") BEFORE the ending, i.e., interspersed within the subject matter before we can click away after having gotten what we were here for, I will do it without fail. Hoping for more likes for your deserved content.
Thank you so much for liking it :) The reason I don't remind people to like a video is because I use the same video on my facebook page as well and it's against facebook terms of service to encourage people to take action on a video to improve distribution. So I simply leave out words like "like, share, comment, click" etc. Likes on UA-cam don't really do much. They don't help distribution so don't worry if you forget :) You watching the video to the end is helping me A LOT!
@@Greenhealthycooking yea , it is actually irritating being reminded of something we all know , so I personally don't like to be nagged into doing something I intended doing anyway ;D))) GREAT professional presentation by the way and nice accent
I loved watching this 😍....didn't know there's a vast amount of healthy salad dressings available. Unfortunately I realised for each recipe I had one or two ingredients missing in my kitchen so I tried olive oil, white vinegar, dijon mustard, honey and lime.....my o my!! It was da bomb! Thank you for inspiring it.🤗
I made the Greek yogurt dressing today. It’s insanely good and definitely one of the best dressings I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe with us ❤️❤️❤️
It was my first time ever making salad dressing and it literally blew my mind! It changed my meal from a simple dull dinner into an extraordinary one. I love your video so so much that I even shared it to my friends and family immediately. Thank you so much!
I tried someone else’s balsamic dressing which req’d dijon and it was delicious. Right about the good dressings which are organic and we know they are almost twice as expensive. All the ingredients for a good healthy dressing tend to be in a cupboard or fridge. I even have white balsamic vinegar for that dressing which keeps it white - I don’t think the avocado would last till I made dressing (we love to eat it just as it is…in Tx).
Tonight I made a salad using your balsamic maple dressing and it turned out fantastic. Best of all I had all the ingredients at home in my cabinet and refrigerator. You are an excellent teacher Thank you so much and I can't wait to try the rest of the dressings. This summer's going to be wonderful to have some fresh homemade dressing. Thanks again from the new subscriber🎉
I can't wait to try all 6! I have that gene that makes cilantro taste like soap, so I'll substitute another herb, maybe basil. Thank you so much for putting together this video.
Very nice dressings! So healthy and delicious, thank you!! Note: Kefir is more healthy for your gut than Yoghurt - more nutrients, biomes, etc. Adding a bit of Kefir or Greek Yoghurt (not so liquid) to your avocado dressing or salsa, will delay the browning by a few days. When I make Guacamole, I use some dollops of GY or Kefir if you want it a bit more liquid, and this delays browning and adds a nice tang. Plus you get calcium, additional protein, probiotics, and very anti inflammatory for gut. Diabetics or Keto diet - Use Monkfruit extract, Xylitol, Stevia, Erythritol in place of sugar, honey, maple syrup. No sugar at all but tastes sweet like sugar. Honey is loaded with vitamins but is high on glycemic index unfortunately.
There are some passable zero calorie flavored syrups on the market; even keto "honey." *Sugar alcohols can be dangerous to pets and difficult to digest.
Thank you so much for these wonderful dressings. So hard to find healthy dressings in the grocery stores that aren't made with all the bad oils like canola, soybean, vegetable etc.. The first one I tried was your Maple balsamic, sooo good! I will definitely triple that recipe so that I have it ready to use all week.
I ordered some beautiful salad dressing containers on Amazon. They came with a funnel and a gold marker to write the names of the dressings on the jars. Then I headed to the grocery store with my list of fresh ingredients. Some ingredients I picked in my backyard. It's even a challenge to get the right olive oil! Thanks for these great recipes.
Great recommendations. In our home we love garlic. For some of these recipes we add one or two cloves of garlic confit like the avocado one, the yogurt one too. If the dressing is not sweet we add garlic and sometimes even if it’s sweet 😂
Thank you for these recipes! I gave up on store bought versions long ago, but stayed with basic dressings. Looking forward to the variety of flavors that are healthy choices. Great video by the way!
Just subscribed to your lovely channel! I've always used store bought dressings, vinaigrettes, yogurts and after watching this video I only make homemade dressings because everything tastes fresher & better homemade : ) Blessings!

thank you so much. I have been looking to start making my own. I hate store bought and even the organic ones. Mom always made her own. I have a few I do but I want variety. So excited to try them. 😀
Just made the basil salad dressing… delicious. I used it on a chickpea, red onion, celery, grape tomato salad. Amazing!! I did add a bit more oil just because the orange I used was probably twice the juice you used. Definitely a keeper✅✅✅ thanks

Wow, I just made the maple mustard dressing in no time and I like it really very much, it's so easy to make and much better than anything bought in stores
Frustrated with store bought dressings; the ones I really like are pricey and are nearly gone after a weeks worth of hearty salads. I just started making my own and this is a game changer for me.. thanks!
I've made the lemon poppyseed dressing several times, and it's delicious. I keep meaning to try a different one of these dressings, but I keep going back to the lemon poppyseed because it's so good!
Ooooh! More info for salads. I just started making my own vinegars. I've made Apple, raisin and now I'm making strawberry. Can't wait to try these new recipes too - thank you.
I've been making my own dressings for several years. My favorite is blue cheese dressing, and since I'm a keto follower, I can have the full-fat sour cream and blue cheese that gives it its best flavor. I make a super simple oil and raspberry vinegar dressing, which is amazing over a greens and nuts salad! I hate Dijon mustard, so never use it, never even glance at it in the store, frankly, but I do use other spices and herbs to make excellent dressings.
I don't use Dijon as a condiment, but I find that it's bomb in dressings and marinades-- any kind of dark mustard, although I'm not especially fond of it sweetened. I've recently discovered a fondness for horseradish, and it gives me a lot more options than before. You might not want to jump right into the horseradish mustard, but a little googling can lead you to some mild browns you can enjoy.

To make the lemon poppyseed dressing more creamy without losing the lemony flavor, just add some zest in place of the second half of juice 😉
Or use gelatine, corn starch, maltodextrine or Joghurt
Love the peanut dressing and maple balsamic
