This was good, easy enough to follow along, but I do like when you talk because you give form reminders.
I must admit that I too was missing some music on your previous videos, but now there is music but I can`t concentrate on my posture because I need to keep looking at the screen to find out what the next exercise will be! uahiuahiuhauihiahuia...
I know, I know, you can never please everybody! But if you do eventually consider changes you could keep your commentaries (or the voiceovers) and just "add a layer of music" while editing the video. That is what I would try at least :)

Good workout, and I did read the comment about the music. I do not like it either. When I used to go to the health club for spinning, I did not like their music either so I wore my own music. Presently, I wear my ear buds when I go for a walk and the store, etc. I live in Miami. Nuff said if you are familiar with Miami

I don't know if you noticed but there's another version of this workout without any music. I appreciate your suggestion anyway - wondering what music you would recommend, bearing in mind that only certain music is available copyright free on UA-cam.

Can you give a tutorial on the one-leg front & curtsy squats? Having trouble getting the technique down. I know I'm not supposed to use my arms to rise.
You use your arms as much as you need but as little as possible. That's why the TRX is so great. Let's you progress. I'll work on a tutorial but keep trying in the mean time!
