I like no music or soft background music that’s not too loud or distracting. I loved this workout especially the tabata stuff at the end. A quicker transition between movements would make this a perfect session. The varying tempo was also excellent. Thank you from Australia!
Thank you so much, Marsha! You are a great teacher...you don't go too fast or too slow, so appreciated! Thank you, also, for mixing it up and not being repetitive. Music...I could go either way. Looking forward to more of your videos!
I've been doing trx workouts for awhile, came across your videos and I'm dripping sweat! Thank you for a great workout! Personally I like no music and just your instructions so I can use the music I like to workout to. Thanks again!
Much better without music. Thank you for asking. I did your TRX full body #1 yesterday and the music was horrible and then 1/2 way through it became super loud and I could barely hear your voice. Much better with no music. You are awesome and exactly what I need as I get back to caring for myself!
Thank you Marsha. That's exactly what I was looking for. For me the instructions are really well explained! I will definitely have a look at your other clips! Well done!
Nice job!! I teach TRX a couple times a week and this workout was really nice and comprehensive. I watch your videos with great interest each week; you must have ADD like me--you can't stand to do the same things over again either!! You've really enhanced my classes. Thanks for taking the time to share your expertise with others!
Ha ha - you're so right - I do have ADD when it comes to my workouts! No matter how good they are I can't stand doing the exact same thing more than once. I'm filming a new TRX Workout tomorrow for Thursday and it's pretty sweet even if I say so myself! I think you'll be able to use it in your classes - which is the ultimate compliment btw. Lol.
Just tried my TRX that I've had hanging on the back of my door for weeks(🙄) and I finally found great instruction from a great instructor! This kicked my butt..thanks, and will do more!!
Thanks Marsha. Was a great workout for those of us who sometimes don't have time. You made me sweat. That's a good thing. The abdominal planks killed me after three rounds lol. Background music is fine but be mindful that music has to cater to all different types and can be annoying if you don't like the genre. Thanks also for the cool down. Most don't include those. All the best. Love from The Land Down Under ❤️
Thank you, Marsha, for another great workout! It makes a great difference to this Christchurch, New Zealand, mum's morning :-) Regarding music, by not having it you give people the chance to have their own playing in the background, for instance from another youtube channel. I don't mind either way.
I'm so happy to hear that! I'm from Christ Church, Barbados. And I've visited your Christ Church as well - years ago I was in the wine business. Beautiful area. Keep on working out with me! 😍
Amazing workout! In my opinion music would be great in he background. You are definitely encouraging with the counting, but music would be a boost to the encouragement.
Would like to see proper demos of the joint movements as building blocks for all exercises with limitations of equipment & body positions. exrx.net/Lists/Articulations.html Descriptions seem OK but not all videos match.
I live the “no music” format! ❤❤❤❤

Thank you. I love the 36min workout and no music is wonderful. Thank you
These workouts are great - I do them in regular intervals. Make more! Thank you. 😊
The quiet is very relaxing. Great workout....thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much, Marsha! You are a great teacher...you don't go too fast or too slow, so appreciated! Thank you, also, for mixing it up and not being repetitive. Music...I could go either way. Looking forward to more of your videos!

Much better without music. Thank you for asking. I did your TRX full body #1 yesterday and the music was horrible and then 1/2 way through it became super loud and I could barely hear your voice. Much better with no music. You are awesome and exactly what I need as I get back to caring for myself!

Awesome workout! Esp. Like the lengthening stretches at the end. Yes, background music please!
Just tried my TRX that I've had hanging on the back of my door for weeks(🙄) and I finally found great instruction from a great instructor! This kicked my butt..thanks, and will do more!!

I liked this. Relatively new to TRX so these workout are easy to follow and give just enough without killing me. Music..I use my own.
+Anne Farrell Thanks for the positive feedback - keep checking back for new videos - I do a new TRX workout every two weeks!
Thanks Marsha. Was a great workout for those of us who sometimes don't have time. You made me sweat. That's a good thing. The abdominal planks killed me after three rounds lol. Appreciate the feedback - music is always a challenge for me as we are so limited as to what we can use as creators.

I like music as long as it isn’t too loud
Agreed.

I loved it without music
Great workout. Definitely better with music
Great Workout! I prefer no music.
Would it be alright if small plates are used under the ankles when doing squats?
Do whatever you need to do!
Easier to hear you with no music. I put my own in the background so that I can control the volume! 😉
Great workout!
Thanks for the feedback!
Wow
Very, certo Gold. Brasil.
Loved This one! I like it Booth, with a little Music as a background, or without it, which allows me to follow you better
Hi, very good workout. Music would help to do it better!
Thanks for the tip!

Love no music. Thx
In the plank toes should be strained
Do you mean flexed?
Yes, I do
Good explanations, no need music, your voice is smooth and looks like music, for me the explanations are a bit too long between exercises
Ok, thanks
I definately prefer music
I like no music
No music please, easier to Concentrate
