It’s probally mostly due to your diet I’m not gonna lie what she’s doing is not even that effective it just moves you, if you increase the weight and intensity it will allow for more weight loss with your healthy diet

Among the many UA-camrs instructing home workouts, I can confidently say that Rebecca is the best. If you diligently follow her workout routines, you will notice the significant effort she puts into designing her programs. Her workouts aim to target as many muscle groups as possible. Even if I occasionally divert away from her routines for a while, I always come back to them because I miss the value that her workouts provide.

These save a lot of money and space for your home gym. They are build very well. Changing the weight is incredibly easy, there's no wrestling around with the dials; they just spin with ease.Reracking them and pulling them off the platform is nice and fluid. Would definitely recommend these to anyone putting together a home gym.

How much weight have you lost by doing this? Or have you noticed going down dress sizes?
@@EllinooraAlexandraCamilla Since the start of March lockdown Ive lost 12lbs. Ive gone from from hanger size 14 to a 12....thats a great accomplishment for me! Just like Rebecca Louise says I started getting it right in the kitchen too! Good luck!! :D

Honestly, the whole workout was great! But I did enjoy the legs and ab portions. Definitely felt the burn. But it's such an effective workout. And you do SUCH a great job motivating your viewers to push through it which I love!! Thanks again!

Love this workout! I really like 10 minutes workouts and then I do a few of them (depends on the time I have). And I finally stopped doing xhit 9 execises for flat stomach. I would love to see something similar here - short but super sweet and awesome

Thanks for this workout! Would really appreciate it if you could do similar one (short, total body or legs/bums/tums) that is suitable for people with bad knees? I can't do any exercise that requires kneeling. Or at least offer modifications for those of us who can't kneel/squat. Thanks for your motivating chatter throughout all your videos :)
I'll think about that! Remember that you can try modifications of these exercises if it's hurting the knees :)
Many seniors would apreciar a workout that is kind on the knees. It's not just the jumping, bending too far is not possible when you have an artificial knee. Please think about that?

Great workout, had to drop the weights a few times but still worked hard
I'll bet you did work hard! Great job Sophie! So: the best thing you can do with weights is start high and go lower as the reps continue but never ever loose your form and risk injury. You did the right thing Gurl! 👍💪

I forgot to do the warm up but I hope that okay but I just feel like because I haven't worked out in awhile my muscles aren't as strong as they used to and I can't go to the gym because I'm 14 so yeah and what do you think is the best kg on dumbbells for a 14 year old girl

is this considered more of a strenght training segment Rebecca? I am aksing because I am a beginner and do not want to hurt myself. I am also doing the miracle miles from Leslie Sansone (mile 3) but I feel it lacks strenght training. Will this video help with complementing my walking program?

Dear rebecca, your routine is great, I just need to remain motivated to keep doing it. I have 2x 5kg weights and although for some other drills I find them ok, for the L-presses I thought I could barely handle it! :)
