I broke my foot and injured my back about 9 months ago after an accident. I then gained about 20 pounds. I'm now starting over because I used to be in great shape before the accident. I've already noticed a difference in my body. Thank you!!!
Now that is quarantine me and my friends do zoom and we do your workouts omg we enjoy them I been doing them again for 3 weeks already and I love them so much all your videos ❤️ and we all can feel the burn !!! You are the best we love the hitt ones

Rebecca, I had been hoping you would do a low impact cardio workout, because I have back and knee problems! Thank you for this video! I had no problem completing this one. I absolutely love your videos, especially the abs workouts. I am used to more intense workouts however, do you think you could do something a little more challenging, in terms of cardio but that, at the same time is not too hard on the back and knees? I seem to be struggling to find a perfect balance between these, (I love intense cardio exercises) ever since I started having the aforementioned problems. Or if you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them! Thanks for being a great source of inspiration!

maybe you could do a full body workout but the style is an arm exercise, an ab exercise, a leg exercise, and then cardio and repeat (kind of traveling down the body)
