    Which are your favorite? Longer or shorter Workouts?

      I love the way you have it now with these shorter videos on the calendar and then the longer ones on the weekend. I sometimes will do one or 2 more of your short videos. Depends on what I want to target or what I feel like doing that day. Love love your videos. I am back to the school building now, so I don´t have too much time in the morning so I try to get at least one of your shorter videos from your March calendar workout. I hope you will continue to do this for April. Thank you for helping me strengthen my body without working out for hours a day...ps.(I am still available if you need a senior citizen model to show how your workouts really do work)! Love you and your pups.

      Cheers Rebecca ,well done amazing💁🏼‍♀️I think 15 min best period time,then we move to other 15 min in different part of Body .
      Currently I work between 3 to 4 ( 15 min) each ,to use two or three part of body

    I think what makes these exercises fun is that they are short, so very doable. They target specific areas and they do work.

    I'm recovering from spinal surgery and this workout seems to active all the right place of my core and lower body. I need strong legs and a strong core, think I'll be using this one in my future routine!

    Perseverance! That's my word. Those spiderman push ups then opposite side mountain climbers! Killer! But felt good once done! Great full body toner! 💓💯💪🔥

    This one was PERFECT! I’m 115lbs, out of shape endurance-wise, slim but not toned. I felt every bit of this and felt it working! Great workout!

    #icanfeelthwburnrebecca already for a few years, and I often turn back to your super motivational workouts. I want to feel energetic and motivated an this is really helping. The hardest exercise for me was the mountain climbers
