Perseverance! That's my word. Those spiderman push ups then opposite side mountain climbers! Killer! But felt good once done! Great full body toner! 💓💯💪🔥
This one was PERFECT! I’m 115lbs, out of shape endurance-wise, slim but not toned. I felt every bit of this and felt it working! Great workout!

Which are your favorite? Longer or shorter Workouts?
I love the way you have it now with these shorter videos on the calendar and then the longer ones on the weekend. I sometimes will do one or 2 more of your short videos. Depends on what I want to target or what I feel like doing that day. Love love your videos. I am back to the school building now, so I don´t have too much time in the morning so I try to get at least one of your shorter videos from your March calendar workout. I hope you will continue to do this for April. Thank you for helping me strengthen my body without working out for hours a day...ps.(I am still available if you need a senior citizen model to show how your workouts really do work)! Love you and your pups.
