Hi Dr Berg. I recently went to my new doctor. I was a little Leary not sure if he was old school or not. After he addresses my issue, I asked an unrelated question. He stated I should look up Dr Berg as he stated you have helped him and he learned a lot from you! THANKS for all you do!
He’s great but he is very animal product bias, like for example when he brings up omega 3 fatty acids he always says fish oils when foods with the proper omega 3 to 6 ratio are plant based and he knows this the best you can get with meat is a 1:1 ratio as opposed to some plants which are 1:3 and even 1:5 from hemp seeds.
Yes...and that's because he's a Chiropractor-Researcher and into natural health. Medical doctors, on the other hand, are corrupted by sinister practices. Western medicine is about allopathic (drug pushing) medical systems that were originally manipulated by Rockefeller and now Big Pharm. The AMA (and ADA) are all about greed and profit. I’ve used coconut oil for about 10 years on my entire body and hair and to cook with. I never use soap. I’ve been doing Keto for three years. I’ve cut out sugar and all processed food, doing Keto and eating more grass feed beef butter eggs and avocados. Point is I just turned 61. People think I’m in my late forties. Truly you are what you eat. Thank you Dr Berg! I love your videos. I’m ordering tallow today! Update: I ordered beef tallow from Amazon and just read reviews on what seemed to be good organic ingredients. Very moisturizing so no use only at night. Love it! If I feel my face is “dirty” or feels oily you can look for “non-soap” products that have no harsh chemicals so it does not dry out your skin. Never let your skin dry out completely after showering and get that coconut oil on immediately. I usually just let the water run over my face and use gentle upward strokes with a wash cloth, blot to dry. Look for products that are free of heavy drying chemicals. A google search for your skin type will yield your options.
I was recently in Belize and was amazed at how great all the food tasted for a developing country, and then I was told that everything is made from scratch and anything fried is done in coconut oil. Why can't restaurants in the USA do that?
Tallow has done amazing things for my skin. I had chapping, peeling lips that wouldn't heal with "medicated" lip products, lip balms, etc. I finally got out the tub of tallow, melted it, put a little castor oil in there and a drop of peppermint essential oil (for the cooling effect). Put it in a jar. Now I slather it all over my face as my everyday moisturizer. My lips finally healed.
@theheartofbrunswickisyourc2696 grass fed cows are where grass fed tallow comes from. Tallow is rendered from the fat of the cow. It's shelf stable. You can buy tallow, but you can also make it from this certain fat if you can get it, there are videos on UA-cam about how to make it. I got some already made tallow from a local butcher shop.
I use tallow on my face! We raise 100% organic grassfed only sheep and I have large amounts of tallow at harvest. I purify the tallow and infuse with calendula (that I grow) for a skin cream. I also make pure tallow soap. It makes amazing soap too. It sounds weird, but I love how the tallow feels on my face. I had no idea that it's ideal for faces, I just started smearing it on my face many years ago. I should start selling it 😂
I was in the cosmetic industry for over 30 years and had the benefit of all expensive lines of skin care products for free. I tried every high end cream and makeup out there with little sucess.. I currently have found the best results in eliminating wrinkles (especially on my neck) growth of length of eyelashes, thinning hair now growing back, and softening and healing of dry skin now with a new youthful texture all done with a $4.99 bottle of Castor oil .
love castor oil....it's a great product but, because it's so good at removing toxins you have to make sure it's organic and isn't in plastic as it will leach out the pf whatevers and other toxins and you'll end up depositing them on your skin and absorbing them.
Grass-fed tallow is amazing on my skin! I used to have dry, cracked, and bleeding on the backs of my hands all fall and winter, but not after I started using tallow. I also use it around my eyes; I'm in my 40s and I have almost zero wrinkles around my eyes. I also use it on my heals, elbows, etc. It basically healed the cracking on my heals. It use tallow on the whole family! Plus it's great to cook with!
I thought this sounded very strange but bought a sample pot of organic tallow, and within a few days the wrinkles on my hands, arm and chest have almost gone away. I’m a 56 year old woman, I’m now going to try my face so see what happens but so far, it feels like this really works.
I just started using a grass-fed tallow soap bar on my body and my skin feels incredible. I live in a cold climate, causing my skin to be extremely dry in the winter months. All other natural soaps were making me feel tight and dry. The tall soap leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. My skin actually looks younger. I won’t use anything other then tallow soap ever again.
I am Italian and I have been living in Italy all my life. In my family we always have only used olive oil to cook or to season salads. My mum and dad are in their seventies and have beautiful skin as well as my grandparents until they passed away a few years ago. I also use olive oil to cleanse my skin and I think it is great. Unfortunately we’ve had a lot of olive oil being distributed in grocery stores that is not produced in Italy so you need to be careful of which one to buy. Still I think it is a wonderful product provided to us by beautiful Mother Nature. Thank you for this video Dr. Berg!
Many years ago I met a lady with the most beautiful skin, so beautiful that cannot be unnoticed. I asked her what she was using and she smiled and told me: lard. She told me that since lard I so greasy she applied it only once week, leave it for a couple of minutes and than cleaned her face with a warm (not hot) wet towel. I never give it a try, today I will try tallow, let's see what happens. Thank you Dr Berg
I have used almond oil for decades now every morning and every night, and my skin looks great... also, olive oil is my choice for cooking no other oils...
You shouldn’t even be cooking with olive oil. You can add it coke to the top of your food once cooked but you should only cook with grass fed ghee. Consume your olive oil cold. Sorry but that’s how it is. When oils are heated they hydrogenate and it’s just bad for your arteries.
@@michelleaucklandnz5089better than almond oil is organic Argan oil. Almond oil is good for the hands elbows and other body parts but Argan is better for the face.
Dr. Berg I wanted to take a moment to thank you for what you do. You truly have my deepest appreciation. I do not have the time I would like to complete the thorough research information you provided. Dr. Berg, For about 10 years I suffered with PVC/PAC. It literally took 3 different cardiologist and a few general practice 10 years to diagnose what was happening. Their remedy was beta blockers. I was informed that my BP naturally runs on the lower side and the beta blockers would force it down more and would cause fainting spells. Naturally I walked away from. By the grace of God one of your videos on potassium randomly came up (prior to that I hadn't heard of you). Since tgen my PVC/PAC have stopped and my quality of life has returned. Something as simple as a potassium deficiency. I would also like to mention my husband had a high heart rate and high BP, as I said he HAD. Since correcting our potassium in take and our over all diet neither of us suffer those issues. Sincere thanks for everything!!!
There are huge issues with the Keto diet, I was told by doctors that the keto diet is bad because there is not enough glucose to power your brain, you can pass out , your brain has to have adequate blood sugar and their is not adequate blood sugar in ketosis. You can lass out even die.
Oh my goodness! I just saw your video and I want to thank you for talking about beef tallow! It’s bio identical to our skin. It is naturally compatible to our skin’s lipid barrier and has sooo many amazing benefits! I actually just started using beef tallow whipped cream a week ago and I’m LOVING the results thus far. 100 would recommend it!!only 3 ingredients and the one I’m using is made with cold pressed avocado oil. And the best part is I’m supporting a local family that lives on the farm and makes it. Total Win win :) thank you for posting this video! We need to spread the word on this!
I'm so ready for a "seed oil detox"!!!! Did you make that video? I use Tallow, Avocado, Coconut and Olive oils but those seed oils in mayo and dressings (quick and easy) are what get me!
Omg, following this video I immediately bought a pure, organic tallow soap. I am absolutely shocked at the immediate effects in such a short amount of time. After the second use, my skin looked incredible! Glowing, stretched, healthy, no visible fine lines! Thank you once again Dr Berg, you certainly know what your audience wants to hear about!
Skin is collagen/protein... so increase your body's natural collagen production... Which means a diet high in copper/zinc/vit c/protein, just for the basics A lot of people in my life with a high vege oil diet also seem to have skin issues
@sharongray4074 That sucks I'm sorry. Tough... If I was in your position, lots of time for recovery while focusing on diet for collagen production. I would eat beef liver and camu camu powder for all the nutrients, a rich bone broth for its bio active collagen and gelatin, and vit d from sunlight preferably
@@thehealthofashyes it sucks, it’s devastating. I had the procedure done 3 years ago and still no improvements. I make my own bone broth plus collagen powder plus several different supplements but nothing helps
Oh wow I was just going to put that in the comments section. I got mine 2 weeks ago, it came in a brown glass bottle, with eyelashes wand and eyebrow applicator and dropper for face application. It's by Soodox Organics. 💯 Australian made ,Australian Certified organic. Hexane free, cold pressed. I got it at my chemist $15.00. Had to wait ages as the manufacturer was sold out. Will last ages. Hope it works. I ❤️ it.😊
@@vamsidocs5137 Not sure if it makes a difference but I transferred the castor oil from the plastic bottle it came in to an empty avocado or olive oil dark green glass bottle.
Dr Berg, it takes only a dr with a large beautiful heart like you to spend such a lovely and amazing time to research and give people like us these COOL information. Thank you our dear Dr..
I watched this video about a month ago and I have been putting tallow on my face every day twice a day since then. I love the way it makes my skin feel and the other day out of the blue my husband looked at me and said that my skin looked smoother 😊
@@robertcastillo9754 You can get beef fat at the butcher shop, a farmer's market or even whole foods. Then you have to render it. Many vids on how to render beef fat into tallow.
One more thing dr burg, here in the Middle East we use the pure olive oil for our facial skin, hands and feet, we r using that for ages, I used to c my mom, grandma using them constantly, and it always gave them bright soothing skins.
I have been making my own body butter for years and you could eat it. Mixture of coconut oil, mango and shea butter, with some almond oil and essential oils. All organic with some organic arrowroot to make it less oily on the skin. Unfortunately being a vegetarian I can’t bring myself to use tallow. I love your videos and thank you for all the information you share.
I use organic tallow balm from a local seller. It's prepped and it doesn't smell at all. On top of being keto/carnivore, the tallow cream gave me the peak of my skin. I've seen guides on how to make your own balm! I will try that too when I'll run out
Unfortunately tallow to buy on line is expensive. I make my own, which is time consuming. Treat it like gold. Might give it a try on my skin. Especially as it is winter.
This is wonderful information, Dr Berg. My skin has improved significantly after I stopped eating processed/junk food/sugars and switching to a healthy diet. I'd love to know your expert thoughts on argan, castor oils and shea butter for skin. Thank you for your continuous educational content 🙏🏻
Argan oil is an amazing oil with alot of benefits we use it in Morocco on face hair and in cooking and belive my skin e is very beautiful no wrinks at all People always ask me what my secret recipe for flawless skin and hair 😊 I said moroccan organ oil
Been using beef tallow moisturizer from White Oak pastures, they are a regenerative farm with grass fed/finsished cattle. Love how it’s changed my skin. A few weeks ago I started rendering my own tallow and now I use it for soaps, moisturizers, cooking, and shaving cream for my hubs. It’s great stuff
Wow, when you said tallow, I was shocked as I wasn’t expecting that to come out of your mouth! I just made tallow body butter for my skin last month and it’s so fabulous! Trying to get all the bad stuff out of my diet and skincare.
I've been using homemade tallow butter for my face for over a year. I saw my esthetician after 4 years and she said my skin looked great and didn't age at all. I just turned 50. I've also used it when my feet or any other areas get dry. I slather it on my feet before I go to bed, put some socks over them and it only take 4 or 5 nights and the dry skin is gone.
Yes I agree with Madeline. Could you please share your tallow butter recipe and also where you purchase your tallow ? It would be greatly appreciated, Thank you !!
I didn't make the tallow, I bought the tallow, melted it and whipped it into a butter and added a little essential oil. It spreads better if you whip it first, but it won't be as soft and airy like whipped coconut oil. When I make bone broth I keep the fat off the top (tallow) and keep it in chunks in the freezer and fry with it or add it to soups.
Thank you for this video! I may try this in addition to using collagen peptides in my coffee on a daily basis. Using the collagen within about 21 days I was told I look healthier and younger, can't wait to add this to the regimin!!!😍 Thank you!!
If you are looking for beef tallow, you may want to see if you have a regenerative farm nearby. I buy my tallow and lard from a local source. The beeves are grass fed and grass finished and the pigs are timber raised. I cook with it. I do use lard on my hands when dry.
I already do a lot of these things, and have been using tallow soap for a couple of years, and I think my face is holding up pretty well at 60! Wish I knew how much was genetic good luck and how much is the result of my intentional actions, but I’ll take it either way! 😊
@@clauaome25 I think I first heard about it on Anthony Gustin's podcast, The Natural State. I'm pretty sure it's what soap was originally made from and was always how homemade soap was made. We just unlearned/forgot it when we started buying our soap commercially.🙃
I rarely give comments in youtube videos but I really wanted to thank Dr Berg for his awesome advice/remedy - beef tallow! I have been struggling in getting rid of flaky skin (only on the side of my lips) for many years and none of the skincare products work at all. It only work temporarily. I applied tallow on the flaky skin area for only 1 week and it is gone for good! Thank you so much!
I was at the Dr complaining about my rosacia and he actually suggested Vaseline petroleum jelly. I couldn't believe it. Thank you for all the info you provide and your time creating these videos.
Tallow balm helped me with eczema. But rosacea is also closely tied to your diet, love. And if you use to many skincare products that wreck you natural protective sebum, you just make your rosacea level up
I started using tallow instead of lotions. Plus, I've added cod liver oil to my diet. I am noticing a big difference in how my skin looks and feels. I turn 58 next month. Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Yes 👍 You may want to try tallow from a rancher who cares for his animals. Who provides them mostly grass to eat, enough sun exposure and no stress, no grains, no electrochocs, etc. This way, it provides a lot more key skin nutrients too. While avoiding toxins.
how to use tallow? I live in Colombia and I can get grass feed tallow in the butcher, but I wonder what is the process to transform it into something I can apply on my skin
I buy the cleanest tallow I can find (I buy it from a farm in Michigan). It has little to no scent. I then add a little touch of moringa oil and whip it for a few minutes. It changes the texture so it's not so heavy and spreads beautifully. A little goes a long way, too.
Interesting! I have not tried it yet but do you have to wash it off, or it just gets totally absorbed? Do not want to get bed sheets and clothes greasy. Thanks.
I am 65 years old and have zero wrinkles. I never smoked or drank alcohol except an occasional cocktail maybe once a year. I never use sunscreens but when I was younger my makeup I wore had some in it. I was never big on putting soap on my face. I only would wash my face off with water. I use vaseline on my eyes to remove mascara for 59 years now. My nightly routine is an unscented baby wipe over my face. A small dollop of vaseline intensive care lotion with 2 drops each of castor oil and almond oil.
I recently fried my skin with an allergenic reaction to aloe vera! It’s been two weeks of peeling. I’ve tried so many lotions to no avail. I’m going to give this a go. Thanks for revealing these amazing remedies. You truly are an original Dr. Berg!
Some people are allergic to that bitter sticky secretion from aloevera. Ideally you should wash that liquid off and grind the pulp n apply that since that secretion is bit toxic n is the defense secretion of the plant
Just got it! I purchased the one that said “Tallow Honey” and I just finished putting it on my face, it’s true… my skin looks very glowing and supple. So glad I learned about it!
I use a recipe from "Mary's Nest" UA-cam channel. She makes one recipe for your body and also the one I use is her facial cream. Everything she makes is great, highly recommend her channel.
Can we melt the tallow (simmer the fat in water) from beef fat ourselves and use that straight (while storing it in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage)? Or do we need to buy a lotion from somewhere? What do you suggest to prevent spoilage and preserve tallow? Is citric acid for preserving canned food acceptable?
Will have to try Tallow. I had horrible skin because I have MCAS. After getting rid of all the chemicals inside and out, I have the best skin I've ever had. I only use castor oil, evoo, and kukui nut oil on my face and hair and skin. Thank you, Dr. Berg. Enjoying your videos.

I started using tallow about two months ago. It is AMAZING! People have been commenting on my skin and asking me what im using. It is very cheap and easy to make. Mary's Nest has a good video on how to make tallow body butter. I use it head to toe. Cracked heals, gone. Rough skin on elbows, gone. And I find, now, I dont have to use it more than a couple times a week.
Been using whipped tallow on my face for four years. Even take it overseas with me as it doubles up as a general body moisturiser if needed and stops chafing.
I just ordered some magnesium and tallow body butter from Etsy and used it for the first time last night. My skins definitely felt and still feels smooth after using.
I have been using tallow for several weeks and it feels great and shows immediate skin softness. Some people state the smell is too strong so be sure to purchase one with a light scent like vanilla or lemon. Great stuff!
One of the best fats for moisturisation is omega 7. Sea buckthorn oil contains the highest amount of omega 7 along with 3,6,9 in an almost 1:1 ratio. It works great for dryness in general; dry skin, dry eye, mouth etc... Omega 7 is very effective against candida and protects the mucous membranes. Sea buckthorn is also great for immune health, as it is a nutrient powerhouse; containing high levels of vitamin c, e and beta carotene, along with many minerals. You can apply it to the skin, but it can be quite staining, as the berry oil is bright orange. But it's best to take internally, in capsule form, for everyday health.
Never heard of Sea Buckthorn Oil. After going through two rounds of Chemo, I'm 44, I developed some series Candida issues. Is there a particular brand you recommend ? I will try it.
Hello, I did respond to your comment with a brand recommendation, but it was deleted by the UA-cam police. Look for a brand that uses CO2 extraction and is a mixture of berry and seed oil.
My daughter (Golden Age Naturals) makes organic tallow balm infused with chamomile flower and apricot oil.I haven’t used anything else in 7 mos. & even tho we live in UT I don’t have dry skin anymore. My friend loves it & her smoker wrinkles are even going away.
Good morning Dr Berg, I had dry skin and all kind of other issues, I got on healthy Keto IF OMAD and 120 hours fast every month plus your supplements that just solved it all. I still have guilty pleasure coffee in a morning and Bourbon in a evening. Change your life style , you won't need any cream or lotions etc. Just watch Dr Berg's Videos and educate yourself. I just started using tallow and and it immediately softens the dry areas of skin on my hands! I get it on Etsy. It’s whipped up with some essential oils that smell nice and are also good for the skin! They also have one made from pork lard, which seems to be even a little lighter, and may be even better on my face? I’m still experimenting with it!
Just made bone broth and thought I'll try using the tallow on my face per Dr Berg. What a luxurious moisturizer it is. I'm amazed. I spend so much money on moisturizers and this feels great for a fraction of the cost. Smells different though.
I have been doing research lately on Castor Oil and it's benefits for the skin, lips, etc. Plus all the health benefits other than being used as a natural laxative. I have bern using it under my eyes and all over my face and my lips as it had been called nature's Botox.
@@savvasbambos2669I have started using it too. And on my stretch marks. It’s certainly very moisturising and calms my angry and sensitive skin. Too early to tell if it helps with aging but there’s no harm trying it’s relatively cheap. Just make sure it’s organic cold pressed and no added crap!
You really need to check the benefits, as many people have information on line. Besides being a natural laxative, it is good for wrinkles on the skin, reportedly removes skin tags and brown spots on the skin. It is said to be good for the brows and lashes. It also says it can removed bone spurs. There are so many benefits that are to many to list. Due your diligence, look it up. It helps with inflammation, etc etc
Totally agree with the tallow moisturiser, it’s the best thing for winter, nothing else hydrated and soften my skin like tallow olive oil balm I get from Tassie Tallow. Unfortunately it’s too greasy for the rest of the year, I can only use it during the coldest driest time of the year since I live in Asia. I don’t have dry skin the rest of the year thanks to my high animal fat diet so I use other clean non toxic plant base skincare brands that doesn’t leave a glossy greasy finish on my face.
I have cut out all seed oils since I started keto with Dr berg 2 years ago. I only use water and oil on my skin. I had not heard about the benefits of tallow as skin care so I will try it for 1 week and let you know the results.
I usually use shea butter and I like the result, but as yesterday I made my own tallow to make soap, I tested it and the skin remains silky without being greasy. Thank you for this wonderful discovery!

Thanks Dr Berg , I am a general practitioner in my 50s , I tried the tallow today and found it very good , Thanks for the tips and advice. It makes sense as in medicine we use some medication by applying on our skin , like pain patches. Tallow is a natural oil, free from any chemicals . Great advice.
Dr Berg, I believe you are correct with tallow, everytime we have a fresh wound, we apply a Cebo De Macho, and it’s effective to avoid scar on fresh wounds, i’ve been using this on my wounds since I was a child, and when we read, what was it made of, mutton’s tallow.
Dr Berg what do you think about organic 1st cold pressed extra virgin olive oil on the skin? I’ve been using that for years. It feels soothing. But how does it compare to the grass fed tallow as far as benefits?
Yes! Tallow works great. I whip it to make it lighter/fluffier and it's awesome, tho a little too heavy for summer so I use moringa oil during the warmer months.
I personally buy tallow from a farm in Michigan ... you can actually find it in stores like Whole Foods but I've never tried it. The tallow I buy comes in a more hardened form, typically used for cooking (I use it that way too) but I section off a portion and whip it for a few minutes with a hand mixer and use the whipped version in my skincare routine.

Dr Berg I was just experimenting with less toxic moisturizers. I’ve used tallow in the past, it was alright but dried out after a work shift. I’ve also used Vaseline and then Aquaphor. I’ve been using a Tello cream for a month now and it has literally changed my skin so much that people remark about it. I’ve now recommended it to four friends who are using it and love it. Remove wrinkles makes face soft and moist.
I didn't use a recipe, per se. It's more experimenting to see if it works. Now, I have to figure out what I did so I can make more. Hahahahaha! I used a lot of shea butter and added aloe vera butter, camellia oil, squalane oil, vitamin E, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, arrowroot powder (takes the greasiness away), then added organic bovine colostrum, grass-fed collagen, and lactic acid bacteria as a natural preservative. I melted it over a double boiler, being cautious not to get anything too hot. Then I used a hand held mixer to make sure the powdered colostrum and collagen were incorporated. I poured it into small 250ml Ball jars and waited for them to set. The next day, I checked the consistency and have been tremendously happy with it. I gave some to my sister and she LOVES it. It has the consistency of sugar cookie dough, but it melts right onto the skin and doesn't feel gritty or greasy. 25 years ago, I was prescribed retinol on my face and it left an indentation in my cheek. After incorporating my lactic acid bacteria and rose water spray, in addition to this body butter, the hole is almost halfway done filling itself in. I can't feel it with my fingers anymore, I can only see it in the mirror and it's definitely not as deep as it was.
About the beef tallow it's so true! I made my own so that I'm sure there are no chemical ingredients. I've been struggling with clogged comedones for almost two years and now I stopped using all chemical skincare. I just wash my face with home made clove toner and clay. After washing my face I put some tallow on my skin and it works wonders!

What is tallow, green feed tallow, thanks
@theheartofbrunswickisyourc2696 grass fed cows are where grass fed tallow comes from. Tallow is rendered from the fat of the cow. It's shelf stable. You can buy tallow, but you can also make it from this certain fat if you can get it, there are videos on UA-cam about how to make it. I got some already made tallow from a local butcher shop.

love castor oil....it's a great product but, because it's so good at removing toxins you have to make sure it's organic and isn't in plastic as it will leach out the pf whatevers and other toxins and you'll end up depositing them on your skin and absorbing them.

My Italian lady family members uses lard & Olive oil on face. Most of lived to be in their 90's with beautiful skin!
Thanks for sharing!
You shouldn’t even be cooking with olive oil. You can add it coke to the top of your food once cooked but you should only cook with grass fed ghee. Consume your olive oil cold. Sorry but that’s how it is. When oils are heated they hydrogenate and it’s just bad for your arteries.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for what you do. You truly have my deepest appreciation. I do not have the time I would like to complete the thorough research information you provided.
Dr. Berg,
For about 10 years I suffered with PVC/PAC.

They also have one made from pork lard, which seems to be even a little lighter, and may be even better on my face? I’m still experimenting with it!
May I ask, what is the name of the Etsy shop?
Dr. Berg is the best. We are very blessed!
I appreciate your kind words.
You never fail to amaze/surprise us Dr. Berg! I never heard of this before! Going to give it a try! 👍🏻👍🏻
Just made bone broth and thought I'll try using the tallow on my face per Dr Berg. What a luxurious moisturizer it is. I'm amazed. I spend so much money on moisturizers and this feels great for a fraction of the cost. Smells different though.
Tallow closely mimics human skin oil and is packed with vitamins.
I have been doing research lately on Castor Oil and it's benefits for the skin, lips, etc. Plus all the health benefits other than being used as a natural laxative. I have bern using it under my eyes and all over my face and my lips as it had been called nature's Botox.
Does it really work? You benefited ?
@@savvasbambos2669I have started using it too. And on my stretch marks. It’s certainly very moisturising and calms my angry and sensitive skin. Too early to tell if it helps with aging but there’s no harm trying it’s relatively cheap. Just make sure it’s organic cold pressed and no added crap!
Does castor oil increase hair on the face and how do you use it? How many drops?
You really need to check the benefits, as many people have information on line. Besides being a natural laxative, it is good for wrinkles on the skin, reportedly removes skin tags and brown spots on the skin. It is said to be good for the brows and lashes. It also says it can removed bone spurs. There are so many benefits that are to many to list. Due your diligence, look it up. It helps with inflammation, etc etc
It's a thick unpleasent oil🤷♂️🤷♀️🤷♂️ how do you use it?

Totally agree with the tallow moisturiser, it’s the best thing for winter, nothing else hydrated and soften my skin like tallow olive oil balm I get from Tassie Tallow. Unfortunately it’s too greasy for the rest of the year, I can only use it during the coldest driest time of the year since I live in Asia. I don’t have dry skin the rest of the year thanks to my high animal fat diet so I use other clean non toxic plant base skincare brands that doesn’t leave a glossy greasy finish on my face.
thank you for sharing...I am a vegetarian so I don't use or ingest animal products but I will review the one you suggested❤
Does the tallow have a smell?
@@TheThundercat718 Mine does, because I left it on the stove too high and too long, it had reached its smoking point. So yes, it smells a little but I don't smell after applying it on my skin.
@@chatblanc8055The real test will be if you visit puppies. 😊
I am a strong doer and believer in Castor oil for skin care amongst other things!
Tallow is so difficult to find!!😮
Isn’t it on Amazon?
@@terrymitchell6012 I'll look
Thanks 👍
It is on Amazon, I got 100% grass fed beef tallow by US Dreams
I only wash my face with water, no cloth. And put almond oil and castor oil for moisturizers.
Dr. Berg ! You are the best doctor in the world.
Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment.
Thanks for your comment!
Hi! Where did you buy the tallow? Thanks
@@everydaywithjesus_365
Grocery stores.......Also, I have seen it at Walmart.
@@everydaywithjesus_365
I have seen it in Whole Foods and other higher-end/specialty grocery stores.
Hi from supermarket @@everydaywithjesus_365
Dr Berg, I believe you are correct with tallow, everytime we have a fresh wound, we apply a Cebo De Macho, and it’s effective to avoid scar on fresh wounds, i’ve been using this on my wounds since I was a child, and when we read, what was it made of, mutton’s tallow.
Dr Berg what do you think about organic 1st cold pressed extra virgin olive oil on the skin? I’ve been using that for years. It feels soothing. But how does it compare to the grass fed tallow as far as benefits?
i love only one Dr., Dr. Berg

Hi there. Thanks for your love and support. Take care.
Same here, for me Dr Bergs video is the ONLY what I listen to in my free time. Loads of love Dr Berg for your contribution to human kind. 🪁✨🙏💕
What kind of oil should we use?
Hi! Feel free to check out this video regarding your question! ua-cam.com/video/g35hiy1o26I/v-deo.html
Yes! Tallow works great. I whip it to make it lighter/fluffier and it's awesome, tho a little too heavy for summer so I use moringa oil during the warmer months.
Please tell how you prepare tallow. Thanks
@@JJ-jl1geShe "whips" it
I personally buy tallow from a farm in Michigan ... you can actually find it in stores like Whole Foods but I've never tried it. The tallow I buy comes in a more hardened form, typically used for cooking (I use it that way too) but I section off a portion and whip it for a few minutes with a hand mixer and use the whipped version in my skincare routine.

Awesome!
Dr Berg I was just experimenting with less toxic moisturizers.
I’ve used tallow in the past, it was alright but dried out after a work shift. I’ve also used Vaseline and then Aquaphor. But I wanted to go less toxic so I’ve been trying pure glycerin right after my shower and it’s magical 😊
Super soft skin all day up until the next!
Would like to hear your thoughts on glycerin.
Hi Which brand of glycerin do u use?
Have you tried coconut oil, organic is best!
I was always taught that glycerine dries the skin in the long run.
Glycerine causes biofilms

I now use beef tallow as a moisturizer. Works great, very inexpensive! Same stuff I cook with.
How do you use it?
Do I put it in the food processor the lather on my face?
Can it be used on hands & feet?
I'm so lost.😊
What about the smell?
Where do you get it ?
I can only find 4oz for 35$!
@@SeCret-bi1ep i was wondering too. I make my own for cooking but it’s still not cosmetic grade! It still has smell.

I’ve been using a Tello cream for a month now and it has literally changed my skin so much that people remark about it. I’ve now recommended it to four friends who are using it and love it. Remove wrinkles makes face soft and moist.
A month ago, I experimented with making a face butter and added grass-fed collagen and bovine colostrum. I cannot believe how amazing it is!!
Hello @earthzeroapothecary How do you make this face butter?
Please share your recipe?
Thanks for sharing!
I'm really happy to know more about the skin. Thank you, Dear Dr. Berg.
I used butter recently to treat my dry lips and coconut oil for shaving. Both feel great.
Use Vaseline instead
