I tried a few other instructors on UA-cam but I didn’t feel safe doing the exercises. With you all the exercices are carefully thought out and I always feel so well after your classes. My back is so much stronger now. Your calm voice, your clear instructions and your lovely studio make for a lovely experience. Thank you!

Katja, I love this routine. In addition to the core strengthening without neck strain, it's a great full-body stretch. The scissors/windmill combo bothers my leg with the knee arthritis, though. Is there a modification that is still effective? Thanks for all you do!
Hello, you could try the scissor / windmill combo with bend legs instead of straight, or just use one leg at a time with the other on the ground for more stability. 🙏😊🙏
Hello Katja, another excellent class as always. I would like to ask you, what I possibly do wrong and in cobra pose when I lift my hands of the floor , my chest automatically lowers down although I try to keep the high. I wonder if a small cushion under my belly could help ( I have a small degree of kyphosis) . Thank you.
Is this osteoporosis friendly?
Most of the class is. For the start of the class (roll downs) place a cushion or overball behind your back for better support, or skip this part.
