I've been doing your post pregnancy workout for months. Finally I felt confident of having developed my core muscles and then started with these exercises for my lower belly. In about 3 weeks I can see good results. My tummy is flatter and I'm more confident of wearing clothes of my choice. These exercises sure are difficult, but worth it. Thanks so much for these videos.

So happy you created this video.. I have varicose veins in my right leg, so most of the times I find it hard to perform standing exercises, as i follow many of yours 10 mins standing videos.. but this one seems to bring a little relief to my stressed leg.
Just one question, is there difference between efficacy of standing and sitting/lying down workouts?

oh my good gawd.... that elevated open close literally took me out. Can I get a modification on that one?!?! I love all your videos especially the ones for diastasis recti which I'm still struggling with. I have to admit that I am not as consistent with my belly workouts. New month/new goals...

i do all 3 of yours everyday this 8 min last then first i do the loose lower belly and love handles first then i do the 10 mins abs that comes up next then last the 8 min i do these every morning and just bought the skinny fit drink its working also so good pineapple flavor let know if i should change anything do you ever do live workouts you should?
