    Anyone want to hazard a guess as to how many times a week should the average guy do this work out to see results?

      @Cathie Hamann cool thanks, so what would you think about separating those 3 days with different types of kettlebell workouts like swing and squat focused routines maybe personal weights, maybe lighter weights for lots of swings for cardio? I'm really liking the idea of kettlebells being my one stop shop.

    Thank you for this - loved it! What a great time saver for some daily work. May I respectfully request that your explosion sound be turned down in volume? I have the volume turned up to hear your voice (as you're some distance from your microphone, apparently), but I cringe when that "boom" comes up, as it's deafening. Thank you again!
