still one of my all time favorites
great workout. the gun slinger wasn't too bad until I started pointing the kettlebell in different angles. on the roof, down low, to the right and left. makes a nice little variation. all Ryan's videos have been top notch, love the positivity in all of them.

how come nobody ever says how heave a kettlebell should be
Usually it comes down to what you can handle comfortably. No point in grabbing a 10kg if its your first time or you are new to working out in general
the kettle bell should be whatever you can manage, I find 4 5 and 6kg comfortable at the moment
