    Well, I didn't complete the cardio finisher that started at 17:35 (I subbed a number of core moves), but I enjoyed the strength portion of this workout, especially the non-traditional swing variations. I do find that I need more rest than you, so I skipped some of the push-up series or did my 4 push-ups off a chair instead.

    That was a good workout. Thanks, Ryan. I loved the 4 push up "rest" periods. Really keeps the heart pumping.

    Coach Ryan you make my favorite kettlebell workouts! You have me sweating and laughing and loving the burn! 17:30 I was dying at the random cut to the tattoo LOL! "I want to feel the burn" WTF keep it up!

    MERCY! Been freight weights training for 10 years, altho im 64 thought k bells was in the bag. Brother was i wrong. Im wiped out! Definetly going to be part of my daily regimen as soon as i catch my wind! Whew! Great i mean great workout coach, thank you, Eddy.

    Everytime I think I've finally figured out how to hinge at the hips correctly. My back hurts like hell afterwords. How are you supposed to know your hinging at the hips correctly?
