Well, I didn't complete the cardio finisher that started at 17:35 (I subbed a number of core moves), but I enjoyed the strength portion of this workout, especially the non-traditional swing variations. I do find that I need more rest than you, so I skipped some of the push-up series or did my 4 push-ups off a chair instead.
Love Ryan's workouts. The scenery is always nice.

Everytime I think I've finally figured out how to hinge at the hips correctly. My back hurts like hell afterwords. How are you supposed to know your hinging at the hips correctly?
