I've done a huge amount of kb workouts through UA-cam but been honest this 20+ mins is by far the one that makes me sweat my ass off and you can just feel the fat burning away it's a brilliant workout and quick while the babies sleep

Ryhan has awesome workouts and I will say that it does work! I did mine for 12 months straight and worked out at home 30 mins a day 5 days a week! amazing results :-) Highly recommend!!
I purchased all the Kettleworx DVDs years ago, and love kettlebell workouts. This workout was insane! Especially the crazy standing lunge/crunch. I won't be able to walk tomorrow!! Also, love that it's 20 mins :)
I have been doing this workout for several weeks. I can't always get 3 in each week but I am a consistent jogger and I participate in advanced group fitness. This kb workout has taken my results past the plateau. My back, core and arms are showing more results and my metabolism is out the roof for a while after I am done! I like it!
Amazing workout and most importantly it’s doable. Your workouts are amazing you don’t go to fast so I can keep up with them and your commentary is so encouraging. I was just going to watch it first but I was encouraged to join in and then I couldn’t stop until the end and I should have removed the rings on my fingers first

I mostly eat bread, eggs, vegetaries, potatoes, mushrooms, sausages, fish, fruits, nuts, and sometimes normal meals. Twice a week. And I can change, maybe cake, chocolate, ice-cream but lesser. And I drink water, tapwater, mostly. During the footballchampionship I eat more, it is neccessary! No beer, no alkohol. --- My weight now: 124 kg. My highest: 145 kg years ago. The last days in jungen 24 I used my kettlebells more, a challenge - 4, 12, 16 kg and a dumbnail with 1 kg. I work in my flat.
Nice exercises. I m almost 60 and I m training for over 1 year with all kind of exercises.Everyday 1 hour of walking and than my exercises. This kettbell training I like the most. After this training I go to my homegym and continue with other training and boxingbag.
Obese truck driver checking in...I either lose weight or lose my job tried walking, dieting, and steppers none of it working. First try at this I'm exhausted and I could only do 10 reps here and there but my goal was to make it through the video! I made it here's to many more hopefully this helps me.
Keep it up. Consistently is key. I highly suggest mixing in some of my other workout videos to vary the intensity and hit the muscles from multiple angles.

Just tried this, I love it!! Definitely going to do it 3/4 times a week. It's perfect because all you have to do to make it more difficult and push yourself is up the weight of the kettle bell!!

I have done this three tomes now. It is so much fun and seriously makes me sweat. I definitely felt it the next day. Looking forward to seeing the effects in a few weeks time.
12 weeks down the line (not doing this vid but the workouts on Ryan's site) and i'm up to 16kg (35lbs). Amazing results! Everyone's noticing the change now. Lost over a stone in weight now, though I'm being better in my eating habits as well.

Whenever you have a short time to work out, this is fantastic, will really challenge your muscles and balance, and get your heart rate up. If you need more challenge, increase the weight of the bell. Thank you Ryan!

During the squat press the bell should return to the starting rack position which is your thumb in the middle of your chest as an indicator. It's so important to teach proper form. Please note this.
Ryan ...hello... i work out with 2.5LB bell ... is it enough for me ? i am 52 and 130lb weight ... my main trouble area is my bum and my tummy ... and i do it every day instead (not 3 times a week) ... when should i expect to see results ? thank you.
Nice video, my only comments are that you should help beginners with the size of kettlebell which should be right. Most people who do not work with them would have no idea what would be the best weight. Otherwise good exercises.

I, 66, work with the kettlebell - since ten days.
A year later: three days workout with 4, 12, 16 kg - started this morning, 15.5.24. In the months in 2024 I lost 10 kg.!❤😂❤😂
