I weight train all the time but had no room for them so got kettlebell s done this workout and it kicked the absolute crap out of me amazing workout thanks coach
amazing!! New to kettlebells and this was intense using an 8kg!! Think i need lighter but was a top workout!
the video and workout is outright rubbish.EVEN THE ABSOLUTE FUNDMENTALS ARE SHOWN ENTIRELY INCORRECTLY.Go to an RKC ,agatsu or strongfirst instructor,forget learning via youtube.8kg is going to be too light for some exercises and too heavy for others,you need several weights.
Never heard of agastu instructor. I'm soon to be an RKC
