Hi Paula, this is wonderful! I was just reading that Melbourne has very strict covid lockdown rules. I hope you get back to normal soon as this must be getting hard to deal with these rules for this long period. I just tried this yoga and in all honestly its good but it did nothing to my neck for some reason. Had to finish myself after video and break that neck :-)

Hey there, Jay from Berlin... currently sidelined by a foot injury and on crutches.... I so appreciate your practices for upper body relief - as they are without anything weight bearing and really help with upper back relief (crutching is hard! should be olympian...)! Thanks a ton! and oh, anything against knee pain?
Oh and BTW for anyone else injured... I do down dog etc. in a kneeling position so that my foot is not weight bearing - works just fine :-)

Hi. I wanted to ask if you have any good stretches for splenius capitus and cervisis. I constantly get light headed because it is so tight. And partially because I am a massage therapist and sometimes don’t have the best body mechanics
I am not sure what is going to follow next with poses-you are not preparing me as a yoga beginner or intermediate what follows- so, please say what is going to follow and maybe for what reason and you can go just a tad slower, thx
