I am a med student, so my life is 90% sitting at a desk studying. Throughout the years, I've ruined my neck, shoulders and back and founf nyself at a point where I was literally contemplating going to the doctor because the pain was so intense I felt like crying. I did this and felt immediately better. Dont know how long the effect will be, but I actually feel better and I want to thank you for that:(
My husband is a judge. Like you, he spends a lot of time sitting. He went to see the doctor about it and the doc said, "Can't you just stand up from time to time?" He responded, "If I stand, everyone stands." 😂 I had a herniated disc, so I sought PT to learn strengthing exercises. There are a wide variety of classes on-line for people with back issues. I have improved and gotten stronger. I hope people like yourself who work so hard to care for others can find time to care for themselves. ❤
second to last excercise killed me. I've always knew my front chest muscles (?) were tight and this was the reason it always felt so hard to have a good posture, but I never could find exercises that actually targetted them like this one did. Almost cried for the pain, thank you so much

I loved your exercises. Will do them as often as I can. I was surprised by how the arm is supposed to bend in that stretch where the foot is behind the body. I can not stretch it like you, only straight or hover from the mat. So that definitely needs stretch! Thank you. Loved it from the start ❤
I so happened to stumble across this WELL + GOOD channel and damn I definitely made the right decision I did this and OMG the intense relief I got while doing this « must recommend » ❤️
Thank you so much for your support! Usually with osteoporosis, it's recommended to avoid deep twisting positions and deep rounding stretches. It would be best to ease into these positions slowly and gently. If you want individual advice, make sure you check with your doctor 👍👍
These stretches are amazing. I never stretch, but really need to. Unfortunately I really hurt my neck doing the first stretch. I should’ve gone easy. I wish there was a disclaimer in the beginning to not do it so long/hard if it’s very sore/tender/causing too much pain. No shade at all, just hope others don’t hurt themselves like I did 😭 huge wake up call for me to actually stretch my body everyday. My bad 😢

my doctor told me to do plates for my neck pain which was causing headaches and it was so bad and this helps so much, it feels really good
