    A deep stretch that I needed! Felt much more relaxed after :) Thoughtful and calming cues too, e.g. remembering to relax shoulders etc. Thanks a lot :)

    I love Paula Lay's short yoga programs. I'm one of your loyal fans! I tried to practice Paula's 10; 15 or 30 minutes programs every morning before go to work. It helps me greatly in all aspects! Very grateful. Paula's sweet mild smiles; calm voices and stable postures are very soothing. Simple yet practical and effective!

    Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the amazing yoga videos you have been posting. Especially during this pandemic being able to open up by hips and low back from all the tension and shortening from being indoors, and trying to get in some outdoor runs, has been a lifesaver.

    Thank you so much Paula. I broke my right pubic ramus 15 months ago and had reached a stage when I did not seem to be able to strengthen or flex my hips to where they needed to go for me to be able to bend or run straight. These exercises are really helping a lot. I can feel the stretches releasing the tightness and the fear in my hips. Yeah! x

    So cozy with the fireplace on . I have been having some issues where the hamstring joins the ischium and let me say getting into that hip felt so good. Lots of popping of the spine with the awesome deeper side stretches in pigeon and lizard. 💕💕💕🌸

    Believe me i have tried many UA-cam Videos from many yoga teachers. But i had never had the feeling they know the body well until i have found your sessions. With the pratices wirh your Videos i have recognized many sensations in diffrent part of the body and i am more aware of body and mind.isnt it the idea of why we are doing it? Thank you ;)
