this practice get my hips so relaxed after a whole week's intense workout, even mentally I get released as well, I feel I can fall asleep in the savasana right away : ] thank you for bringing this one!

I broke my right pubic ramus 15 months ago and had reached a stage when I did not seem to be able to strengthen or flex my hips to where they needed to go for me to be able to bend or run straight. These exercises are really helping a lot. I can feel the stretches releasing the tightness and the fear in my hips. Yeah! x
So cozy with the fireplace on . I have been having some issues where the hamstring joins the ischium and let me say getting into that hip felt so good. Lots of popping of the spine with the awesome deeper side stretches in pigeon and lizard. 💕💕💕🌸
Believe me i have tried many UA-cam Videos from many yoga teachers. But i had never had the feeling they know the body well until i have found your sessions. With the pratices wirh your Videos i have recognized many sensations in diffrent part of the body and i am more aware of body and mind.isnt it the idea of why we are doing it? Thank you ;)
I've currently got Covid and had very mild symptoms until my back pain started. It was almost impossible to alleviate the pain but this session particularly has given me relief!

this is one i come back to over & over
again today. it's a hips & lower back release but it has so many good twists too. felt great on a day i was sore from running & had eaten a big dinner
