Can't afford my chiropractor as my insurance won't cover it anymore. Thank you for being the only yoga youtuber I've encountered that truly targets the neck shoulders and upper back. I'm tall and tend to slouch sometimes plus I sleep on an Air mattress so sometimes the pain I get is unreal and I'm amazed that your videos actually help .... And they save me chiro prices that I cannot afford. You are appreciated!!

I pulled something in my left shoulder and neck yesterday and was in agony with spasms in certain positions. It improved overnight and this practice has worked wonders this morning- this one lived up to its title- definitely yoga magic going on. I love your neck and shoulder stretches Paula. I'm not very flexible as I have started my journey at 41 years of age. I found this video not too difficult and has helped with tension in my shoulders. Thank you :)
I’m a barista and I spend 6 hours a day standing with stiff shoulders. This worked wonders to relax the tension in my body but aslo my mind to get out of work mode and into life mode x

This sequence really works for me (or its magic on me), thank you so very much! After a day at work where I might not always have held my back as straight as it needed, this class actually alleviates the pain. Certainly going to practice it some more. I particularly like that this is a sequence practised standing up and that there is some stretch for the lower back as well. I'm super happy you made so many different videos for the neck and upper back area, with different length each and a lot of variation. Thank you so much for your time, energy, dedication and love for yoga, and thank you for sharing those!
This was absolutely fantastic. I have knots in my neck and back and they flare up, especially due to all the working from home during covid. This video got into the knots in a way I have never been able to without paying a lot for a massage. Thank you so much!
