Ria, your stir-fried recipe has turned us from liking stir fry to absolutely loving stir fry. I can definitely say we do now eat more vegetables than we used to because we cook this at least twice a week, we love it. The game changer for us is the ginger, thyme, more garlic, and those fantastic sauteed mushrooms. We also add some snow peas to our stir fry when we add the mushrooms so that the snow peas can stay crunchy and that's it, thank you so much Great recipe, we enjoy your channel very much 😋👍👏

This is definitely not a low-fat meal. You could roast the veg in the oven or steam without using oil.
