Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Onions - 1 pc.
Sunflower oil.
Mushrooms - 300 g.
Butter - 15 g.
Broccoli - 300 g.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Coriander.
Garlic - 1 clove
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Cook covered for 5 minutes.
A little water can be added if necessary.
3pcs potatoes.
Salt.
Paprika.
Italian herbs.
Breadcrumbs 100g.
Cheese 30g.
Vegetable fat.
Mix well.
Vegetable fat.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
Dill.
Sour cream 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic 1 clove.
Mix.

Felt overwhelmed when I couldn't find heat levels for the broccoli and mushrooms , and learned quickly that it does not take long.
After fumbling through I believe I got this recipe right and it is an amazing dish. I didn't make the potatoes this time, but plan to do so next time.

Super Idee mit den Kartoffeln. Schmecken besser als Bratkartoffeln aus der Pfanne, welche so viel Fett benötigen, dass sie dann schon glitschig sind. Mach ich jetzt immer so. Danke

I have fried broccoli, mushrooms, garlic with soy sauce every day with dinner, I boil my broccoli for about 3 mins first before i fry it love it xxx
