    Finally, i got trustworthy person in terms of Fitness trainer. I want to GAIN WEIGHT at least 10-15 KG in 3 MONTHS. My schedule is quite busy. From 8.30PM-3.30PM in college & lunch timing is 12.00PM. There are so many serious reasons behind weight gain in 3 months. CAN YOU MAKE VIDEO ASAP for calories intake and workout for weight gain. Because i don't think there's any personal trainer in gym like you. My HEIGHT- 168 cm & WEIGHT- 94 Lbs. It's urgent.

    Your videos are very informative and helpful. But one problem I face is managing the meal times as I'm a student. We have to go to the college or office early morning. So please introduce a diet and workout plan for students and job workers. Thanks:)

    Watched the whole series and this is really good work bro sharing all this info ... it would be awesome if you can make a similar plans for Weight/Fat LOSS what exercise changes would work with vegetarian diet ... also what would be important here would be the amount of intensive sessions one does with the right combination of nutrients (that can recover the joints esp) and keep the metabolism in burning zone from veg diet.Keep up the great work and the clear and concise way in which you explain things is very much appreciated!

    Your workout plans are great sir I follow your plans but in diet plan you mix unusual food together..

    You say towards the beginning that its a carb free meal but it cant be as yogurt has carbs too. Infact when you show the macro info later, it lists 14-15 grams carbs.
