    I will try this program after 2months ...right now I'm following Mass-up program of yours sir.
    I gain 6.5kg weight a clean weight no fat.

      Ammy Gill Bhai Maine without supplement ke program follow kiya (Mass-up) protein in take ko poora karne ke liye 3egs white morning mein or 6 eggs white post workout mein add kiya.
      aap ye keh sakte ho ke Maine pure mass or Mass up program ke diet plan mein se apne liye khud choose kiye.
      wo meals Jo main aasani se bana sakta hu.
      to aap bhi apne hisaab se meals ko pick Karo .wo meals Jo aap lambe time Tak le le sakte ho.
      Google per jaao or BMR likho or apni daily calories check Karo or uss daily need se aapko jyada calories leni hongi agar weight gain karna Hai.
      mera weight 59kg Tha program ko follow karne se pehle or ab after 3months ab body weight Hai 65.5kg or stomach bhi bahar nhi nikla ..clean body fat.

      AYUSH KUMAR there is no magic bro dheere dheere hi improvement aati Hai.
      mujhe 3 months ke aas paas time laga 6.5kg badhane ke liye ..ho sakta Hai aapko jyada ya kam lage.
      sahi diet or sahi exercise...zaroori Hai.
      aap khud apne meals choose Karo ..Jo aapke budget mein ho or lambe time Tak kha paaye.
      Mass up or pure mass in mein se choose kar lo meals...apne hisaab se.
      Maine exercise 5x5 follow ki Hai...
