Absolutely. One of my good friends actually asked why I don’t get a “real” grill. Yes I could get a bigger or full size Weber spirit or genesis, but for most of the things I would make and for a family of two - it’s too much grill. The Q’s we have are perfect!

It's actually been quite a while since I went to the original Au Cheval restaurant (there are several 'Small Chevals) that have popped up since then. But it was before it got super popular as well so I don't recall the wait being that long (maybe ~30 min)

Au Cheval Burger: Bacon, Fried Egg, two Beef Patties, cheese slices, toasted bun, mayonnaise and dijon mustard, onions, pickles, chives.
