    "Open up your chicken like a book" ??? I will never be able to look at a book like I used to and without getting hungry due to your fantastic recipes! Thanks again for another great one, Jerry!
    "Pro" Tip: Cut the bottom of the pepper off right after you taken off the top - saves time and I prefer the work flow .... (I keep the two parts and may be later I cut them in small pieces having the foundation for a French omelette ) and you get even slices right away ...

Thanks Jerry!! around 45 degrees here in Toronto,ON....but in the same frame of mind you are....i will head on over to trader joes in Buffalo,NY next trip....might be able to get something similar to the peri-peri sauce here.....wish we had trader joes here....once again Jerry..great presentation!!!!
