Awesome recipe as usual Mr Griller! Gonna give this one a go in a few days. I also have a recipe I’d love for you to try! Lamb chops - rib or loin, preferably rib chops/cutlets Some olive oil so it doesn’t stick to the Weber Salt to taste Rosemary sprinkle Grill directly however you like to have your lamb, personally I like medium! Once cooked brush on some Dijon mustard on presentation side Sprinkle some chopped fresh chives on top Yum! Hope you give it a try if you haven’t! It really is delicious. - Matt
