- Goldburger started as a burger pop-up in a backyard, but it recently won LA Food and Wine’s best burger for 2019. They smash onions into a crispy patty and load it up on a soft white bun dripping with American cheese. It’s simple and absolutely delicious and people are lining up and waiting for a chance to try the burger. They sell 500 cheeseburgers every weekend. The address of the pop-up is in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles at 3319 Sunset Boulevard. It’s held every Saturday and Sunday for a limited time only.

Uhhh! Because it is hahah😬. Its the worst stuff out there for sure lol.
@Will Marero 😂😂😂 chill dude it's fuckin cheese. Oh and by the way American cheese is one molecule away from being plastic
Processed cheese is a legit ingredient. It melts totally differently and is used in tons of top rated recipes loved by critics.
This channels comment section is just full of this mean spirited attitude. Except it's worse because nothing you're saying is the insult you think it is.

There was a time when almost every burger was this high in quality. The bar is so low its just laying on the ground now. This guy is gonna get rich just making cheeseburgers that don't suck. Good for him. Standards.
Yeah you're right, standards have dropped. I recently took my mom to this place near her house that supposedly had an amazing Cuban sandwich. The sandwiches had almost nothing in them (even the double meat ones) and tasted like vinegar only. We were so disappointed, yet somehow the place is always packed.

@@kenfern2259
Yep you can make your own
This is simply a Smashburger that you can make at home for the same or cheaper price with the same ingredients, especially if you can go somewhere that got good quality ground chuck on sale. For 11 dollars where I live you buy 3 pounds of ground beef plus a package of buns, cheese, and the rest of the fixings, which can feed a family of three or four people.
People who live in that part of LA are rich. They dont cook at home
People in LA are head up ass stupid and oblivious to the real world
Exactly. I made these at home with some fresh brioche and it the family loved them.
This is urban area of LA man, even if you buy groceries it's expensive....
To make these properly, at home, you need something like a big thick ass griddle. And something to quickly and effectively smash the meat with in a practical manner
"The core of the burger is the meat"
and here I thought it was the KETCHUP.... sh*t my life is a lie 😭
Also part II, if you're eating burger meat that actually has a good, meaty flavor to it then yeah it's probably a $8-$9 burger plus $2 hipster up-charge.
In n out is only 6 dollars tho, fries and drink included
Really? When I went in Texas you had to buy everything individually and it was like 11 for everything.
Juice naw it’s like 6.32 for a meal here in Cali
That shit still sucks tho
Yeah, $11 is a little steep for a double cheeseburger with processed cheese. I mean that's probably $1.50 worth of ingredients in that burger, if that.
Juice bro you got robbed I don’t think you were at in n out 💀

It's literally what anyone can do except... This guy actually did it.
It's a smashburger from George Motz's Burger Scholar videos. Being in Silverlake, it's got to be grassfed (yet still use processed cheese slices?) and expensive for a cheeseburger you can make at home. Popup means a restaurant that doesn't want to pay rent until they find where there are enough suckers... I mean clients, to support the business.
Man you are so cool.

Exactly
Real good tasting food takes a minute before you can even say anything. Matter of fact there's still a few bites mid-chew, "oghh this is so amazing"... That's when you know it's actually good. Food that I've played off as good I've immediately said yeah that's good.
