Appreciated. Zach's (Torques) training is highly focused on technique, and speed. Speed is how strength is measured. He is squatting some impressive weights as we are getting ready to compete.

I've always been focused on technique over power, but Dr. Mike has defiantly thought me many lessons about how it's actually supposed to look both in technique and effort!
Each time my lazy a** cannot move to the gym, I watch oe of Dr. Mike challenges. And of course, I start adding a set to my meager workout for the day, in the RP Hypertophy app!!
I have watched so many of Mike putting people through a quad workout, but these guys went beyond any I've seen before. True Grit or Sado Masochist, not quite sure, but brilliant to watch and I'm glad I was just watching👍💪💪💪👊

Dr Mike exercised a lot of restraint. I would’ve made chinstrap quit on the first set of hack squats after the talking. He had entirely too much energy left to talk for my liking, desperately needed to be humbled. I wanted Chris Cormier puking in the alley after legs with Dorian 😂

I remember doing rep super sets of squats and hack squats. It wiped me out, especially when my legs took most of my blood and I became pale cold and clammy in my head.

Zach is simply on another level (not my son though) and it is a Blessing to train with him, and coach him. Hey Dr. Mike just wanted to say I tried ultra high carb cut for the first time and it game changer, energy all of it, muscle fullness almost mass phase levels, almost sick of eating I sometimes blend up boiled white rice to get carbs in, 3rd week 7lbs down already, blood glucose stable no super supps. Almost afraid to mass this way due to food volume and insulin sensitivity. Should I watch my fructose, I actually like various sugary no fat sweets?
